Collindale Dental provided an ideal first appointment and cleaning with x-rays today. It's a very, very calm environment with people who are sincere, kind, and clearly crisp professionals. 100% would recommend. Great neighborhood dentist. Educated staff.

Very warm team. Wendy was great at explaining the cleaning process and changes in x-ray technology. No pushing of extra items and they have a great program for those like me, that do not have insurance. Highly recommend.

Great dental practice! Caring, warm, friendly staff from front desk to dentist and hygienist. state of the art professional dental care. My husband is in a wheelchair and they have provided extra TLC to accommodate his special needs for dental care .

I’ve had Lauren as my hygienist for 6+ years and now Dr. Akrie for the last year or so, plus seen others with reschedules. They’re all terrific! They’re honest and tell you how it is without pressure and have complete candidness. They’ll straight up show you what needs fixed or watched, there’s no questions left unanswered. Fantastic communicators as well with appointments, don’t worry about being reminded and reassured about everything! 😉

I’m obnoxiously resistant to lidocaine, and always need at least 3 shots, and 30 minutes for it to kick in. I’ve tried to tell dentists this in the past, but have had my concerns ignored and minimized. They’re so patient with me here, and last time I went, even had multiple shots already lined out, and gave me plenty of time for it to kick in. Before we started, Dr. Akerie took the time to test with pressure if I could still feel, just in case I wasn’t numb yet. The filling was so easy I truly almost fell asleep on the table. If you’re pain sensitive or have any fears of the dentist, I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is kind, patient, and VERY funny. I’d go for fun if I could.

Went in for a routine cleaning, X-rays and dental exam. Staff from receptionist to hygienists to dentists and billing staff are exceptional. I am very apprehensive and anxious at dentists office but everyone at Collindale dental goes out of their way to ease nervousness and make the experience as stress free as possible. Professional, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Akrie and his assistant Heidi helped with my filling appointment. I was nervous to do the treatment at first, as it had been a while since I needed some work done. I appreciated the open discussion every step of the way. The collaboration on how I was feeling throughout the process and if I had everything I needed was wonderful and reassuring. Heidi even dimmed the lights for me and ensured I had my favorite Netflix show to keep me distracted and calm. I would recommend this office for any dental need.
