I personally experienced the essence of this wisdom at Prestige Dental Care under the care of Dr. Viren Jhaveri. He offered me several treatment options, explained why each was necessary, and showed me examples of past successful cases, which helped build my confidence. What I appreciated most was that he left the final decision to me. He respected my choices and supported me completely. And once I made a decision, he did everything he could to achieve the best possible results. In fact, he often went the extra mile just to make things perfect. Everyone at the clinic is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I genuinely enjoy going there. In summary, at the worst time for my dental health, I came across a dentist who was not only kind-hearted but also exceptional skill. It was a wonderful experience in my life. Dr. Jhaveri’s character and his dedication to his profession are qualities I deeply admire and want to learn from.

I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at this office on Saturday. From the moment the doctor walked into the room, he was unprofessional and shockingly rude. His exact words were, "I’m not very happy to see you or your teeth. This is a disaster in the making. I could eenie meenie miney mo where I should start, and I don’t even want to do this." As someone who made the effort to schedule a cleaning weeks in advance, this kind of welcome was not only discouraging—it was deeply hurtful. Going to the dentist isn’t easy for many of us, especially when we’re already self-conscious about our dental health. I came in seeking help and left feeling ashamed, judged, and anxious. There was a clear lack of empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence from the doctor throughout the entire visit. It was my first time meeting him, and unfortunately, it will be my last. He offered no support or encouragement—just humiliation. To make matters worse, I later learned that he doesn’t even work with composite materials, which would have been important for me to know ahead of time. Please save yourself the emotional distress. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially in a healthcare setting.

I almost did a root canal by another dentist. I am so glad that I saw Dr. Viren Jhaveri today. He examined my teeth carefully and ensure that my teeth are fine. Thanks to Dr. Viren to save my teeth.

They make you feel very comfortable and provide exceptional service! I recently had four implants done here, and it was a painless and perfect procedure performed.
