My experience with Dr. Max Mark At Queens emergency dental was Great. Excellent Dr very knowledgeable I didn’t feel any Discomfortable Dr. Max has excellent sense of humor great environment very relaxing place He explains very clearly it tells you your options and you choose what you want to do about your own teeth. The front desk, Reception name is Jill also very friendly, work with your schedule, I recommend display 100% to everyone needs.

Dr. Max truly has magic hands! I was honestly nervous about the anesthesia needle, but it was unbelievably smooth! I barely felt a thing. I just completed my first root canal session and the entire process was handled so professionally and comfortably. Dr. Max made the experience far easier than I expected. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about his patients. Jill at the front desk is also amazing. She’s incredibly helpful and always does her best to accommodate your schedule and needs. The whole place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My entire family comes here, and every visit has been a great experience. It honestly feels like home when you walk in. Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best Dentist and experiences I ever had. From beginning to very end, found my insurance fast, front desk was amazing, had an emergency got me booked same day. Doctor was very kind, informative, profesional. I literally did not feel any pain. Pain does not exist in this place highly suggest this team. They made me feel comfortable and prices(copay) were on point. I felt the hospitality & I am a director of hospitality so I know when a team goes beyond for guests experience. Excellent service truly impressed will be back !

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Marks. At the time I had no insurance and was in the most excruciating pain he took a fraction of a deposit just to get me out of pain. It was a Saturday and very last minute every other dentist I called rejected me, but Dr. Marks didn’t hesitate to help. He was kind, understanding, and fit me in when I truly needed it. During the procedure he was extremely gentle and skilled. I felt absolutely no pain the entire time, and I didn’t even feel the needle when he injected the anesthetic. His level of experience really shows in the way he works and how comfortable he makes his patients feel. I’m so grateful that he was willing to see me when no one else would. Not only did he relieve my pain, but he also provided an amazing overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. Marks to anyone looking for a caring and highly experienced dentist.
