This was awesome! Highly recommend for people with dental anxiety. Madison was awesome, explained every part of the process and gave me tips for tolerating it, was endlessly patient, and my teeth look and feel great. The dentist was super sweet too and very positive! I particularly like that this office isn’t shaming-they’re just about meeting you where you’re at and getting your teeth healthy. The receptionist was also incredibly sweet. This was just an uniformly positive experience and I will definitely be back!

I love coming here, I never am in fear of going to the dentist. From the front desk with Cheryl (she is so personable with everyone, like she knows or listens to everyone's woes and responds with such a way I feel I have known her for years)to the assistant who is always on point, knowledgeable and funny, makes me feel everything's ok..to my favorite person the dentist! She always asks me how I'm doing, she gives it to me straight (whats going on with my teeth)always with compassion and follows with the solution. I asked her one time " do you like what you chose for your profession?" She stopped and and looked at me and said " I absolutely do, I enjoy coming in to work and helping people feel better." To her point...When I leave, I have always felt better than when I walked in. Thank you.

The best of the best. Every single one of the staff members excel at their jobs and Dr. Caffey-Earle is amazing. I have been a patient for years and will continue to be.

I had such a wonderful experience at Smiles by Design! Madison was terrific: she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was so thorough, yet incredibly gentle and kind throughout the entire appointment. After skipping the dentist for a few years, I went to a different dentist office and did not feel comfortable getting a small cavity filled. I contacted Smiles by Design and knew immediately that this was the office I would go to, as well as the office I am recommending to family. From the office staff to the hygienist to Dr. Sieber, the experience was best in class. I will definitely stick to my twice-a-year cleaning visits!

I have been to this dentist location for a few different appointments, from a simple teeth cleaning all the way to a bridge. The staff is very professional and efficient in their job. They are very quick is scheduling me an emergency appointment when my crown broke. Could not ask for a better team. Would recommend!

Great customer service. They explain everything in detail, and in a way I can easily understand. The price for whitening is very good. Love the dentists there!!
