Florence Dental Care

Todays i went to Florence Dental care today to have a broken tooth repaired. Dr Steven's and his team cleaned out the old fillings replaced it in less then an hour. I had absolutly no pain even when the novacane was administered. I have clinical anxiety and i brought that to there attention and they treated me with total respect and compassion. This office deserves more than just 5 stars.

Super impressed by the quality care that I have received here for years. Today was just aces all around, Lucy is gentle and empathetic, Dr. Teddi is knowledgeable and understanding, the receptionists are lovely, with some remembering me by first name! If every dentist operated like this one, more people would like the dentist! They really showed their authenticity today too when they didn't pressure me about future care---I was given important information that took my patient autonomy into consideration. Thank you Florence Dental Care!

Dr. Ben was a true professional. I had my first ever cavity today and he handled it with such grace and skill it was truly amazing. He squashed all my fears and guided me throughout the process. His steady hand fixed my cavity in no time like a magician. I am a patient for life and would travel any distance to be treated by Dr. Ben and his wonderful team. Don’t consider anywhere else, Florence Dental Care is #1 in the northeast!!!!

Nice small town business. They have alot of same day Services available larger offices do not have. Friendly profesional people and they tell you the prices before they book the appointments.

I just wanted to share that my recent appointment with Dr Teddi was excellent. I was so nervous about the appointment since it was a root canal and not something I had dealt with before. Both the hygienist Heidi, and Dr Teddi were so calm and gentle the entire procedure. They made sure to explain everything they were going to do, and asked me multiple times if I had a questions or concerns. Heidi also let me hold her hand while they were administering the Novocain which I really appreciated even though I am an adult. I've had a smooth recovery and my tooth hasn't felt this good in years (truly). I also always really appreciate Autumn in the front office. She is great at explaining the charges and following up with updates as they process and always answer my questions and is always super helpful with getting appointments scheduled. Lastly, Dr Mark Stevens is who has treated me for more general visits and he is so calming which I really need! I haven't always had a positive experience in dental offices and I have been really grateful to be treated so kindly w/o judgement, & felt cared for here.

What a wonderful dental office! Clean, professional, lovely and friendly staff. When I moved out to the Pioneer Valley I was recommended to this office and I am so glad, I was nervous to find a new dentist but they have always taken excellent care of me - honest, fast and I always left with my teeth feeling great. If my insurance did not change I would continue being a patient here forever. Thank you Dr. Stevens & all of the staff for your kind and considerate care!

I switched to Florence Dental in June. They have been wonderful; I feel well taken care of by Dr. Ben and his staff. I have had two crowns replaced that were causing decay that my old dentist failed to point out. I appreciate that fact that I could have a crown finished in one day instead of waiting 3 or 4 weeks for the new crow to come back from the lab. It's been a great experience.
