Let me say first, his office staff is fantastic. I was a new patient with an issue and they got me in quickly this morning. In addition, Dr Johnson took time with me to explain everything in detail. In so doing, he saved me a lot of pain both financially and physically. He is a wonderful dentist and gentleman. Many thanks to Dr Johnson and his staff!

Dr. Johnson is one of the best dentists I have been to - for 20 years. He is knowledgeable, good at what he is doing, personable, listens to your questions and always professional. I am so glad I found him when I moved to Florida from Massachusetts. Thanks.

Amazing Dentist and staff. He’s excellent and fair priced. You don’t find many honest dentist in Palm Coast but he is definitely honest. Does not push procedures that are not necessary. If your looking for a good and honest dentist go see him.

Dr mark Johnson is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He is relaxed and friendly and never rushes you out the door. Also he’s very gentle when working inside yr mouth, I’ve had a bridge and other work done. Never bruised. The staff are AWESOME. Always smiling and kind and a happy workplace. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I know everything will be taken care of because I’m in good hands. You can’t beat the prices also. He is not out robbing people with inflated rates. Dr Johnson makes it where regular and people on lower income can a healthy smile.

They are extremely hard to get a hold of even when my insurance tried to call them twice. It just rang and went to voicemail. I spent three days trying to get them on the phone. They seem like really nice people, but their customer service services is booty.

My experience with Dr Johnson's office staff and Dr Johnson himself are always fantastic, and utterly amazing. I have medicaid insurance and I was told by the insurance suggestions to call the dentist provided on the card. Well I did and I was told it would take 2 months to just set up an appointment. I called Dr Johnson's office and within an hour of the office being closed which is unusual in itself I got a phone call from them and got an appointment the same week. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and all the office staff. Everyone is always friendly, personable and I will just say awesome. The doctor may be limited on what he can do because of my insurance, but I am very happy with everything he has done. I am still being seen almost every week. I still have other problems that are being addressed and I am very happy with the results and service he provides. I leave his office with literal tears of joy. My smile means the world to me and he is making it happen all over again. I appreciate this. I appreciate his staff. I appreciate him. Thank you all 😁. I’ve been going to different dentist for 2 years trying to get my teeth fixed, I always get the run around because they want to charge my insurance. I went into this office to have 1 tooth fixed and he fixed 3! I am so thankful I went into this office. My other dentist had to put me on a 1 year waiting list to have a filling done, they made me an appointment next week to have it done. I am so grateful. He did a great job too! I finally feel confident with my smile again. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs work done but doesn’t want to go back and forth 2-4 times before they do anything. And the office staff was very polite, definitely made it easier because my experience with dentist is them doing nothing but this office works as a team, they do a great job too. The bad reviews are weird because this dentist is amazing, ignore the ignorant people.
