My son has braces and they tried to upsell me on Invisalign, which is not covered by insurance (what's the point of the braces??) they also call just about every week to fill holes in their schedule. And even after I've told them I was just going to keep the date I have, I was still bombarded with phone calls weekly to pull the appointment forward. They called me 6 times in one week after I specifically told them not to as my son was in the hospital and could not leave for an appointment. They are not friendly or kind, it's very much like a factory. I also don't like that I can hear what the person next to me is having done when in the office. Recently left to go to another practice.

I Was very happy with them but this last experience was very disheartening. I am a brand rep I work with the public my bottom plate cracked for the 2nd time and I’m blown off all day until I’m given an appointment for the next day which means I have to go 3 possibly 4 days without being able to work or better yet chew! Very very disappointed I was also told I could rush it if I paid so my insurance pays u and your trying to get double money very bad service. I was given the next day because I questioned paying double!!!! So I told them I had to work and can’t go in with no teeth!

I have been there twice with my aunt and the Spanish lady in front is amazing Dr Yazbeck such a nice caring doctor and his assistant with the glasses was really professional, I’m glad my aunt and I are new patients and will continue to be. It truly helps when the front to the back end of an office helps you feel comfortable

Had my first appointment at Advanced Dental today in Fall River. I am so happy I went with them when searching for a new dentist. The hygienist and receptionist were so nice, the office is well maintained with a TV at the foot of the chair to watch & keep your mind off the procedure. It wasn't like those chain dentists at all, which I'm used to. Very professional, clean and thorough. I actually look forward to my next visit 😁

Today was my first time coming here as a patient, like many i don’t like dentist lol. This place changed my mind about the whole experience, they were very gentle and patient with me. I’ve been here a few times with my girl when she’s getting work done and they’ve been nothing but friendly and nice from the moment you walk through the door. Greats vibes all around 🙌🏾

Unfortunately, after some years of not going to the dentist because of previous bad experiences this was great. Professionalism and patience, along with low wait times, and overall excellent service these are the people to see. I look forward to getting my next cleaning and that’s the first time I have ever said that because of having such anxiety in the past with the dentist. Thank you to the Fall River team.
