They were able to schedule us in timely manner. Pleasant staff. The Dentist explained things thoroughly. My mom received her dentures in 3 days of our initial visit. We came in for an adjustment the next day and the staff was happy to help us. Trinity was very pleasant, eager to help and personable. I could tell she enjoys her job. I would recommend this dental office.

If i could give no stars i would. Everything about this place is unprofessional. i have had 5 appointments for a simple root canal. There is no way it should take that many appointments. And the last appointment was for yesterday at 4pm, i show up and they are CLOSED. No phone call, was never made aware. The people in all office that i have been too ( Fairlawn, Medina and Massillon) are BEYOND unprofessional. Showed up for my 10am appointment at the Massillon office and wasn't seen till 11, all while they are yapping within ear shot. I have to go back to have my root canal finished in Medina, well over an hour from my home , no temporary crown given. Stay away if you can, i will never be going back here and will make sure everyone i know knows not to go here. I didn't even get a phone call back after the voicemail i left.

Employees are kind, sure, but this place is a scam. Told me I had multiple cavities and gingivitis and needed to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for my wisdom teeth. I waited for 45 minutes in the chair after X-rays for the doctor to spend 30 seconds in my mouth and tell me all of that^^. They also don’t have a hygienist on staff so I spend a hour and a half for that. Then they made me look at payment plans because the price for the surgery was too high and treated me like a child. When leaving they said "leave us a review so people know we’re good now". I will never go back there and will always tell people not to. I went to a small family owned practice and was walked through every step, never had my time wasted, and was told no cavities and no gingivitis and my mouth health was beautiful. Gave me a referral to an oral surgeon that was in service for my TMJ instead of aspen saying it was wisdom teeth I had to pay them for. This aspen is horrible and the facility is gross, holes in the walls, dirty floors, and drawers with crooked and falling off labels like nobody has ever organized it. I complained about this visit a lot to my friends and just went somewhere else, and seeing how it SHOULD be done, I had to explain what happened to me at this visit.

I sincerely appreciate the exceptional, professional, and compassionate care I recently received. In particular, Zahra, Office Mgr, always greeted me with a smile, remembered and acknowledged me by my first name, and personally oversaw each step in the dental replacement process. Dr Patel and Igor, on-site technician, thoroughly explained every step in the process, answered all my questions and willingly made adjustments to provide me with a perfect fit denture. Cassandra and Trinity, personable dental assistants, demonstrated a high level of expertise and ensured my well-being, understanding, and comfort. I feel truly fortunate to have been in the capable hands of the Fairlawn dental team. I gladly recommend this office to persons seeking quality dental care.

Worst customer service. I understand that Aspen is only in business to make money but when I refused to let them take x-rays, they made up a B.S. excuse that they could do my teeth cleaning because my teeth needed scaling and I would have to make another appointment for another day. There was only one other patient in the office besides me. Also, they changed my appointment time without asking me if that was okay. They must think that no one else in the world works except them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Jessica I, the new office manager was so friendly and created a welcoming environment. I was a little upset when I arrived, my denture had broken. Jessica, the techs, and the doctor we so supportive and worked to repair my device quickly, but rather than just let me deal with the potential re-break, they were able to do a remake, under warranty. I know we tend to expect warranty’s to cover these things, but I was anxious that they would try to find a reason not to cover their work. I was very pleased when Jessica told me that would be redone under warranty. The new team at ASPEN of Fairlawn is really working hard to build their brand, and it shows. Customer service was top notch. Even the Regiomal Manager, Katie, could be seen providing prompt support to her team. It was a different office in just 3 years. If you have not been there in a while, and you need some dental work and don’t have a dentist, I would recommend stopping in and seeing them.

Staff is amazing from check in to check out. Had my second appointment today and I am already feeling much better. Dr. Patel is amazing. She is straight to the point, but so very kind abouteverything. At no point did I feel judged by anyone in the office.
