We got so lucky to find such an awesome doctor for my husbands Jaw. Dr. Pat Richard really knows her stuff! She doesn’t make you feel like just a number, rather someone she deeply cares about. She made sure to analyze and create a detailed care plan to ensure my husband would have so much relief with his jaw! She really cares and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr Richards is an amazing doctor. She is very intelligent and explains everything in detail in way's that you can understand. Great personality and she made me feel like I’ve known her all my life. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a number but more like your part of her family. If I could give her a higher rating than 5, I would give her much more. Her staff is very caring as well. I highly recommend Dr Richard’s.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pat for 3 months and she has helped me so much with my trigeminal neuralgia.She diagnosed me immediately and started a procedure by fitting me with an orthatic to shift my jaw to release the pain I was feeling. She is an amazing,kind and wonderful Doctor. I was dealing with this pain for almost 9 years. I am blessed to have found Dr. Pat she is my angel.

Pain free in just a few visits! This is a doctor with a genuine desire to help people. Dr. Pat and her staff are the sweetest. I struggled with TMJ issues for years only receiving lackluster advice on how to cope with my condition instead of treat it. I constantly had migraines and tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. I also could not eat solid foods without my jaw locking and becoming severely painful. My joints were degrading and nobody seemed concerned. I felt hopeless but Dr. Pat was able to help me. She was able to answer all my questions, and gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan in my first visit. Now I can eat normally again, no longer suffer from migraines, and my quality of life has greatly improved. If you are someone who suffers with TMJ issues, don't wait to treat it and don't let anyone dismiss your pain. Dr. Pat is great and I cannot recommend her enough!

I had my first visit with Dr. Pat Richards earlier this month. I found her to be caring and listened to all my concerns. I felt relieved after years of struggling with TMJ I found a dr who knows their stuff! Dr. Pat spent over 2 hours with me. She went over my health history and symptoms I have been experiencing. Dr. Pat gave me a 3D scan in her office. I was then referred for an MRI in Southbury. Pending the results of the MRI I will be fitted for a retainer and given lidocaine injections in my shoulder area and lower back to help with the chronic pain. I have tried braces, botox, NTI device, you name it without any success. Dr. Pat has given me new hope.
