Dr Koontz and chair-side dental assistant, Sophia Koontz, provided an excellent, pain free, temporary crown procedure. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I felt comfortable and well attended to throughout the appointment. Front office staff was pleasant and able to provide a follow-up appointment which worked well with my schedule. I am looking forward to my beautiful crown!

Always accommodating, friendly and professional. Excellent communication and are always happy to answer any questions. I'm not alone when I say I dread going to the dentist. Rest assured, they went above and beyond to communicate to the best of their ability to make me feel comfortable. The only downside, they are popular! You might have to wait, but it's well worth it! Thanks again to the team for taking care of my dental needs.

This is the bear dental clinic I have ever gone to. I've been going here for about a decade now and love everything about it. The entire staff is very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. They take wonderful care of my dental health. The dentist is also amazing and he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic is the absolute best, from the front desk who are always so kind and cheerful the second you walk in to the medical staff that bring you back. The hygienist was great, explained everything she was doing every step of the way. Dr Koontz is the absolute best- remembers small details about all his patients and take the time to make sure your pleased with his work. Love this place! It was my first time seeing the dentist that did my extraction and bone graft yesterday but he was amazing. Explaining everything so well and made sure I was okay throughout the process. The dental assistant that helped him was amazing as well, she made sure I understood all the after care instructions before leaving. This place is the absolute best. If you’re someone who’s always nervous about going to the dentist, come to this place and they will always put you at ease!
