Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Called in with an emergency, I am a new patient, they were really helpful over the phone and able to get me in same day. Emailed me all my paperwork to fill out. Walked in and everyone was really nice and made me feel welcomed. Had a very pleasant experience and will be returning.

The staff at the front desk are wonderful! I woke up with tooth pain the Monday before Thanksgiving and was worried about it escalating over the holiday weekend. I was so grateful that they were able to fit me in the same day. I saw Dr. Thai for the first time, and she was so nice and reassuring. I normally Dr. Swanson, who is also very sweet and always takes good care of me. I highly recommend Webster Dental of Evanston!!

My dentist is Dr. Swanson. I had to have a crown put in, so I also worked with Dr. Ho. My experience was nothing short of spectacular. Their work was excellent. Their patient interaction wonderful. And best of all, during each phase of having the work done there was no discomfort either in the office or after the office visit. If I have one regret -- I did not get the name of my dental hygienist who assist. Her work and patient care was also wonderful. Finally, so was the office staff! Webster Dental Care in Evanston is simply a great place.

The dentist was fine, but I wanted to give honest feedback about the X-rays. The assistant was rough positioning the film holders, and as the repeated attempts continued, her demeanor became increasingly impatient and rude toward me, even though the issue was ultimately equipment failure. Five X-rays were taken before changing machines, and those images were completely blank — not blurry images that needed retakes. When I finally said I could not continue, being told "You have to" in a rude tone felt inappropriate and dismissive. Patients should be treated with patience and professionalism , especially when the problems are not patient-related.

This was my first visit to Webster Dental in Evanston and it went very well. A very friendly and professional staff and Dr Thai was very informative as she did her initial patent check up. I also liked the friendly office with a strong Hawaiian theme that I found very peaceful.

Elle m’ont ouvert la porte pour m’aider à retrouver la 603 🤣 et l’une m’a appelé par mon prénom car elle se rappelait mon accent français au téléphone🤣 The staff at the front desk are wonderful! The dental technicians and doctor are caring, and take their time to inform, and ensure that I receive quality dental care. Dr. Dolce has been my dentist since childhood, and I will truly be lost the day he retires. We love our gentle giant!! And Elizabeth at the front desk too.
