My previous dentist retired, and I’m very happy a friend recommended Stephens Dentistry. They have impressive technology, and the hygienist and dentist were wonderful. They took plenty of time and explained my current condition and a treatment plan. Highly recommend.

For the past 12 years I've been going to Steven's Dentistry. From cleanings to crowns to sleep guards to TMJ treatment I've had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. R, Ana y Maria are the perfect team to help me feel calm and an intimate part of my dental care.

New patient with a long history of dental issues. Instead of having to explain everything, they did a full diagnostic including X-rays and digital imaging. They have all the latest tech and equipment, which I genuinely appreciate and believe makes a huge difference in providing top tier care. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. And genuinely nice, not the forced nice that comes as a directive from leadership. They all seem really happy to be there. Vanessa was awesome and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I feel very confident in my dental plan that I worked through with Dr. Guliana.

I just want to say that how great the folks at Stephens Dentistry are. I have been going there for about 40 years. My parents went there before me and now my kids go there. I was there when "Big Jim" was the main guy. When he retired, two of his kids took over the business: Dr. Brian and Dr. Bob. Both were extraordinary dentists. So when they retired I thought we would have to find a new dentist. But No! We stayed on when the brothers retired and sold the business to Dr. Montoya and Dr. Raibulet and we are thrilled. They had big shoes to fill as far as I was concerned and they have really done a great job carrying on with high quality dentistry with the best service and dental hygienists on the north shore! The staff is amazing and attentive, the quality of their dentistry is also top notch. I am glad our family stayed with Stephens Dentistry after the sale. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist on the north shore. You will be well taken care of.

The staff is nice, but they are not in network for any insurance. The prices are too high and out of line with normal prices. The routine exam with cleaning was $385. My last dentist charged $195 and because I have dental insurance, it was paid as preventive. The office said my share would be $45. But then my insurance company never got the claim to process. In addition, while they say they take insurance, that means they bill your insurance company, not that they actually accept what the insurance pays. I had a filling replaced and they charged $318 with a proposed treatment plan insurance payment of $254.40. I paid my share up front. But Delta Dental allowed only $125.00. Finally I never got a bill for the cleaning. 2 months after the service along I got a bill for the filling without any explanation for why there was a previous balance for which I never received a bill. Friendly is one thing, money is another. Seeing the Chicago skyline while I have my teeth cleaned is just worth hundreds of dollars every time I see the dentist.

I am very happy I found Stephen’s Dentistry. The entire staff is wonderful to work with and take great care of all their patients. Dr. Raibulet is excellent & detail oriented with his approach to any work he does. I appreciate that he & his team prioritizes comfort and care of the patient during cleanings and appointments.
