I had a very good experience with Designer Smiles. My dentist Dr. Ami was very thorough, thoughtful and well prepared to address my dental needs. Everyone was welcoming, very skilled and provided a very caring and calm atmosphere. I was put at ease at every point and throughout the visit. Dr. Ami is excellent at explaining the care plan and the reasons for each aspect of the treatment plan and the long term benefits of follow up as well as the consequences if no follow through. I learned some new things. This was very helpful. She gave a simple and clear picture of what full recovery will look like for me, if I follow through. This was a very good dental experience. Amazing experience! Beautiful office, extremely friendly staff and Dr. Ami was extremely patient in taking time to answer all my questions and explain everything! They even gave me copies of the pics of my chipped molar. Will definitely recommend Designer Smiles to friends & family!

Even though it had been THREE YEARS since my last appointment (how did that happen?) I was welcomed like it was just 6 months since I’d been in dentists chair. And wow things have changed in dental technology since my last visit! I wouldn’t say X-rays are great, but they’re a lot easier and quicker than last time. Overall a pleasant experience, even though I have to go back next week for fillings. Lesson learned, it won’t be 3 years between appointments ever again!

I had a dental emergency and the staff a designer smiles were kind and understanding even though I was a new patient. They got me in the same day and Dr. Ami took care of my problem. She was patient, kind, and explained everything as it was happening. After that experience I wouldn't trust anyone else in Evanston with my smile.
