Me recomendaron esta oficina porque me dijeron que la Dra Duarte hablaba español, la verdad que a mí no me gusta el dentista pero esta oficina me ayudó mucho. Tenía muchos problemas con mis dientes y no quería sentirme juzgada, me daba mucho miedo pero la manera en que me ayudaron, no tengo manera de agradecerles La Dra Duarte es muy buena y muy amable, explica las cosas muy bien en español Les recomiendo mucho esta oficina, las asistentes son muy amables y también son muy atentas Te dan una toallita caliente al final de la cita, jamás había visto algo así, me gustó mucho esta oficina👍🏼

The atmosphere they provide alongside the modern dental tools give you a sense of satisfaction and community by the time you leave the office. I had two root canals done by Dr. Bowden and I never felt any pain or discomfort and the final result is better than my previous dentists by miles. Bowdental is truly a gem of a dental office in Evanston! My daughter originally recommended them after her own great experience, and I’m so glad she did. After my previous dentist retired, I avoided going for a long time because I was nervous about being judged as I knew my dental health wasn’t the best…. However, Dr. Duarte really took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to find a solution I felt comfortable with. I felt genuinely heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process. I also tend to ask a lot of questions before moving forward with anything, and I truly appreciated how patient and thorough everyone was in explaining each step. The staff also brings such a warm, positive energy 🙂 I’ve now been to the office about four times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. Dr. Bowden provided excellent care during my crown procedure and cleaning. Every staff member in the office is friendly and welcoming. Carmen, in particular, was gentle, attentive to my needs, and very knowledgeable.
