AMAZING SERVICE!! Got me in quickly!! Everyone involved in my services were so nice and helpful!!! From checking in, x-rays, insurance and billing, going through my care plan and then of course filling my tooth and making my smile beautiful again!! Also went through all the future plans for my dental care if my filling doesn’t work!! BEST ATMOSPHERE!! And you could see all the staff really worked together and had amazing team work!!! 100000/100000!!!

Dr.Divya is amazing. Very pleasant, professional woman. She not only cares about your oral health but your whole being. I came in one day not feeling well and she looked me at me and said, "You’re not feeling well, dear?" That scored major points with me. It shows that she’s observant, caring, and takes a holistic approach to dentistry. She’s not going to do any unnecessary work and she will fight insurance for you. She drew me a picture of what my gum and implant looked like. Very informed, experienced woman. If she ever leaves, I leave. Natalie at the front desk is my girl. She’s pleasant and very funny. We joke about our energy drink addiction. All the front desk staff are kind and professional. Same with the dental assistants. Sometimes the office runs behind but it’s worth the wait.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Bright Now Dental in Elyria. My appointment had been scheduled for over a week, then the day before I was asked to move it earlier, which I agreed to. A few hours later, I received a text still showing the original time, so I called to clarify and got no callback. Then just a couple of hours before my appointment, I was told there was a problem because I was apparently assigned to the Lorain office instead of Elyria. The most frustrating part was not just the mistake, but how it was handled. I explained that Guardian had already been contacted and that this issue should have been caught much earlier, not right before my appointment. When I spoke with Lisa, the office manager, I did not feel heard. Instead of real ownership or a sincere effort to acknowledge how disruptive and stressful this was, the conversation felt defensive and focused on shifting blame to the insurance process. I understand that insurance issues can happen. What is not acceptable is conflicting communication, no callback after I tried to clarify the appointment change, and then poor customer service when I raised legitimate concerns. By the end of the call, I had lost confidence in the office and canceled my appointment. A dental office should reduce stress, not add to it.

I was told by Dr. Puliyel that I needed a crown. I told her my insurance wouldn't cover it. She said let me check. She returned saying that they did. I even got a call from office wanting me to have more pre-authorized work scheduled. They said that my crown had been covered., which I had already understood that it had. I have been billed 3 times for the crown. My insurance company said they never received a call to pre-authorize until months later. I warn others to not take their word for what they say. The office manager told me when I went in to discuss the bill, "that I should know what is covered, and what is not." Exactly, what I told Dr. Puliyel on the day she assured me it was. They began with the impressions that day. I am so disappointed. I thought I had found a good dentist.

I was well taken care of! My dentist had referred me to me to a few dentist who remove teeth. Dr K said we could save the tooth with a crown. My dentist did not even give me this option. I think I will go to Bright NowDental even for cleaning. The personnel there were so kind

This is by far the best dental clinic I have ever gone to. Teresa is an awesome hygienist and the dentist there is amazing as well. Everyone is always positive and happy and I actually have fun. It’s like visiting friends, highly recommend.

I was going through a lot when I lost my partials after brain surgery. The hospital misplaced them & the insurance didn’t wanna approve it again. I took it to court & got denied but kept fighting. With the help of the staff & DR.Devia I got approved again! I am extremely greatful to the staff members who helped me through this. They know who they are! THANK YOU. I truly appreciate you guys so much. 😊❤️
