El primer dia que fui habia un Señor gritando quejandose y eso debia ser una señal para mi que ignore. Pge todo adelantado me dijeron que mis "invisilane" durarian 9 meses estuve 2 años con ellos porque pasaba el tiempo y mks dientes seguian igual. Page por aclaramiento y cuando ya quisieron salir de mi con mis dientes iguales me dieron el aclaramiento y me dejaron ir. No me lo aplicaron ellos ni tan siquiera me dieron instrucciones. Realmente me siento triste y desilucionada .!

Coming into the office and checking in was easy receptionist was very bright and helpful. The doctor executed a detailed plan for the procedure and was very informative. Seri the nurse was gorgeous and very gentle and caring. She took very good care of me and needs a raise asap! I definitely recommend and will be continuing to come here for my dental needs!

I came here to get a full set of dentures after having the same pair for 7 years(i has gotten themelsewhere). I'm updating from my earlier post where I had just started the process. After taking the mold of my mouth i came back for the wax try-in. After a few wax try ins, i have the okay and they made the dentures. When I went to pick them up the top had no suction at all.. they fell right off. so they did a hard reline and in that process the bite was way off center from there. I was really annoyed because I had to wait another 2 weeks before they started the process to make a new set. I called multiple times to try to get a sooner appointment but it never happened. After patiently waiting I go back and start the mold all over again, did the wax try-ins all over again and eventually I got my new dentures! They aren't as white as I wanted which i was a little bummed with because of the dentures i chose were one step down from the most expensive one. They are add white as I could get and I'm very happy with my new teeth! I was very happy with the staff they were very kind! I was nervous after reading all of the bad reviews. In the end, the dentist made sure that I had dentures that fit me and didn't hesitate to remake them at all. So overall I had a good experience! You just need to be patient and trust the process!

Today was my first time going to Aspen Dental. The staff was welcoming and kind. They were all very helpful during the entire process. They made me feel comfortable while I was there.

THIS IS A FOR PROFIT DENTIST, DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR DEEP CLEANING SCAM! I had xrays done in february from a dentist that DOESNT CHARGE FOR XRAYS (imagine that). They refused to accept those xrays or even LOOK at them because they wanted my money for them. Then they pumped me with radiation because the tech is new and couldnt figure out how to get them accurately, i'd say they took around 20 xrays(or tried) and it took 15 minutes after they were already 30 minutes late to start my appointment. Then the staff doesnt know how to take blood pressure and they use a watch cuff which is HIGHLY inaccurate and they basically told me something was really wrong because my BP was 190. I have NEVER been told my BP was high or even close to diabetes and i hadnt eaten anything for the day yet. Learn how to use an actual cuff because i went and saw my doctor and NOTHING WAS WRONG, even after i ate it was perfect. Also WHY are you taking my BP at the dentist? The dentist was nice but again, FOR PROFIT. I have a chipped back molar that another dentist fixed with filling material when he replaced my silver filling. This dentist said i need a cap on it, WHY do i need a cap on a molar that has NOTHING wrong with it?! OH, so they can take my money just like the xrays. Worst of all when i was getting xrays i got to see and hear the conversations the finance person had with 3 different people. She told EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM that they needed a deep cleaning, then guess what? I was ALSO told I need a deep cleaning. If yall are cleaning appropriately every 6 months WHY DO WE NEED DEPP CLEANINGS?! OH YA, FOR PROFIT. An absolutely nightmare of an experience and i feel robbed.

I want to give a shoutout to Seri and the front desk staff—they were both very kind and professional. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, and they made me feel comfortable right away. That said, my overall experience didn’t match that first impression. I came in for a cracked tooth, and after about a 10-minute exam, the doctor told me I needed a root canal, a filling on another tooth, and a two-step cleaning. I thought that would be the extent of it, but then I was also told I needed my wisdom teeth removed. On top of that, I was shown a 3D mock-up suggesting cosmetic work like aligners and whitening. While those options may be helpful for some patients, I didn’t come in asking for cosmetic treatments or a full treatment plan. It felt overwhelming to go in for one issue and suddenly be told I needed multiple procedures all at once: a root canal, a filling, a two-step cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, and orthodontic/whitening options. When I spoke with the finance office, I was quoted around $9,000 total. For example, their root canal alone was priced at nearly $3,400 before any discounts. Even after applying my Dental Directory Services discount, that same procedure came out to just under $2,000. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist with 40 years of experience, who told me that removing my wisdom teeth wasn’t necessary at this time. They also referred me to a specialist for the root canal—my main concern. That office charges $1,750 for the root canal with no insurance at all. Seeing that price difference, along with the difference in recommended treatment, was eye-opening. Overall, I left feeling like the focus was more on upselling multiple treatments rather than addressing the issue I originally came in for. While the staff was welcoming, my experience didn’t align with the level of care and trust I was hoping for.
