I recently had a fantastic experience at Dr. Ma's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ma has a wonderful chairside manner. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly, answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. She was also very gentle during the exam and cleaning, which I really appreciated.

I've visited several dentists over the years, and Dr. Ma stands out as the best by far. Her entire team is exceptionally friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. They reach out well in advance to remind you of appointments and are incredibly accommodating. During my first visit, despite being the last patient late on a Friday, Dr. Ma and her team stayed late to ensure I received thorough and attentive care. A special shout-out to Dr. Duan for providing such a thorough and painless oral hygiene procedure. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service they’ve provided!

I have been in this dental clinic for more than 10 years. Dr. Ma is the best dentist I have met. She is very skillful and patient. She and her office staffs are so nice to everybody. I felt I came home every time when I visited. I recently had a dental implant. This is a long process and take multiple visits and I live far away from the clinic, Dr.Ma always makes every effect to have the appointments to fit my schedule. She even came specifically for me only during a Saturday for my implant emergency fix. Her professional skill is the top over all other dentists I met. I had a tooth crown she did for me 10 years ago and it still looks as good as before. The implant teeth she did for me recently is comfortable and function as my own teeth. I appreciate Dr. Ma so much for all these year's excellent dental care for me. I highly recommend Dr.Ma as the best dentist.

I have been to many different dentists. This office is incredibly clean. I have never sat in the waiting room longer than a few minutes. They are kind and gentle. Very knowledgeable. They also provide the best care at a very very reasonable cost for those who self pay. I recommend this practice to everyone who has asked me for one, because I know they will be extremely happy.

Excellent service, very friendly, always care patient’s needs and concerns. I had my implant done by Dr. Ma. Because my teeth lost a lot of bones, and my implant had some issues, after two years, it is losing a little bit and Dr. Ma is very patient, and step by step to help me to fix it. She can just walk away from it because my implant has been over two years, but she spends a lot time to help me to re-do it. Now my tooth is excellent. Thank you Dr. Ma.

I don't know why Dr. Ma got a random 1 star review. I have moved around quite a bit and have seen many dentists over the years. Dr. Ma is the best dentist by far. I only wish I had seen her sooner, in which case I would have saved one of my teeth lost due to over-treatment. She went through my X-rays and analyzed each of the "shadows" that other doctors urged me to fix and told me that all of them are not of concern except one. And when she operated on that one she then told me that what she believed should be done and if not what would happen. Her predictions proved to be exactly right every single time. Her techniques are superb. She is not the kind of doctor who push procedures on you, but rather look out for your overall long term oral health. She is also extremely personable and responsible and always on time. Her staff is also extremely efficient and capable. Once I found her I do not wish to see any other dentists. I recommended her to all of my friends. But I warn them that sometimes they have to wait a while to get an appointment.
