Very impressed! Dr Max Menacher Jr was friendly, helpful, polite, patient, and very respectful. He suggested and taught me better ways for my oral health, which was appreciated. He is very knowledgeable, seemed concerned, good communicator, compassion about my comfort level, very detailed oriented, and took his time with me. I found my new dentist! So impressed with the work he did on my front teeth!

We just want to thank them so much! Our son was living away from home & had a dental emergency. So we had to pick a dentist online for him. He was cared for so expertly & kindly and felt welcome & safe in their hands. And after that we had some billing issues with our insurance & they were gracious & patient with us till it was all settled. Could not ask for better care.

My family and I have been coming here for decades, and we fully trust Dr Menacher and staff. He is always honest and does great work. Dr also has a great manner where his attitude is more of support than scolding, which for some can be daunting at the dentist. Overall Dr Menacher’s reminds me of a classic approach to business where the people aka patients come first. Highly recommended!

Always an educational and very pleasant experience with Dr Menacher & his team! Dr Menacher is extremely knowledgeable & doesn't treat you as a number he is patient & takes his time at each visit! My 4 year old loves going to see him & my whole family trust him. He is gentle, thorough, very kind & is work is done from the heart. He is without a doubt the best dentist in the area & we are very grateful for him. Definitely go see him if you aren't a patient already!

Excellent dentist! Our dentist of 15+ years retired and we were doubtful we would find one we liked as well. We have been THRILLED to find Dr Menacher and feel like we are in great hands. He is a great communicator and takes great interest in his patients. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone it he Eau Claire area.

I can honestly say that before I found this dentist I Hated going. Max is truly a great person and it shows in his care. He is always explaining everything in detail with every procedure. There is never any pressure to do anything that is not needed. I have felt like other dentists would push certain cleaning options on me to make an extra buck. That is definitely not going to happen here. He truly has my best interest at heart.

I just had one of the best dental experiences of my life. This dentist saw me ASAP because of a terrible toothache. He explained all of my options and respected my decision. He explained the X-ray in detail so that I could understand what was going on with my tooth. This professional did not treat me like an idiot, like I normally feel when talking to a dentist. He is caring and he is a good teacher. I felt no pain during the extraction and he even corrected a bad filling, with no pain. Great experience, at the dentist, wow.
