They are Not willing to work with people with Family Emergencies. Due to COVID my wife is on call and we have a young son. I could not make an appointment and they charged me $50. After explaining my situation multiple times, they said they could not remove the charge. I am very disappointed and they need to have more compassion for their patients. I would Stay clear of this dentist office.

My husband used this dentist in the past and had no issues. However, we decided to take our autistic son there for a cleaning and filling. Our son did very well within the cleaning (the dental technician told me the Dr wanted to see "how well he'd do within the cleaning before she had him in her chair") I thought this was very reasonable. Then, he seen by Dr Furino who came in & said we would need to see a pediatric specialist. She didn't eve want to even TRY to do a filling telling me we needed to see a specialist.... meaning for us: more time, more money, more hassle. I was beyond annoyed as our son was also in discomfort. So the next day we tried Aspen Dental in Hamden. Dr Anjali Banerjee out of Aspen dental was wonderful, they did their own xrays & didn't even charge us for them as I explained what happened at this office. Dr Furino should of at least attempted the filling, there was no sign coming from our son that he would have issues. Because of this interaction we will not be back.

I have had nothing but problems with the office here. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE! The actual hygienists are fine and they clean my teeth well so I'm very upset that I am going to have to change dentists. I have had them change appointments for me and my husband without consulting us and then telling us that we missed out appointment time and needed to come back. I also have had problems paying bills because I would ask to pay my balanace and my husbands and they would tell me it was together and then send me a bill saying it wasn't charged. The biggest problem I have is that when I brought these issues up because they did happen on multiple occasions I was told there was no record of theses issues and there wasn't anything they could do and then being hung up on.

I have just moved away from CT and now live in Atlanta but I have nothing but praise for Dr. Vandlink's group. Everyone from the people at the front desk, the dental hygienist, to Dr. Furino, my dentist, have been outstanding. I went to them for the entire four years I was here in New Haven, CT and they go above and beyond to provide you with the best dental care. I wish I could fly back to CT just to have them look after my teeth. I will sorely miss all the people at Shoreline Dental Group. Conrad Lynch

I just had my first fillings with a cleaning done by by Shoreline Dental Group. It was quick and absolutely painless. Everyone is very friendly and are always looking out for your best interest. I highly recommend Shoreline Dental.

Excellent knowledgeable staff. They are thorough in their work and are so personable! They make you comfortable from check-in to sitting in the chair, to leaving knowing any issues (if any) have been covered and are being taken care of. I, as well as my children go here and I recently referred my Mom to the facility and she had a great experience as well.

My family and I have been going to this dental group for over 20 years. Since Dr. Furino has joined the group, we have been seeing her. She explains thoroughly what needs to be done so that you are at ease with any procedure needed. Dr. Furino is the best!!!
