Campus Smiles DYNTL at Duke

I had a poor experience with Duke Campus Smiles. Doctor - Terrible experience. She first tried to sell me on removing my wisdom tooth. Once she knew that I was moving in 4-5 days, she told me to come in the next day. When that didn't work she started pushing night guards on me and I asked her 3+ times whether they would be delivered by my relocation date. She said yes. They were not. Added a ton of stress + had me stuck in this long quest for refund during my already stressful relocation. Staff - Everyone has been incredible. From the amazing reception staff Leanne who helped me with canceling the order to the awesome cleaning staff. Highly recommend for regular cleaning. Billing - Handled and processed by the OM, extremely unresponsive and there is also no way to reach them directly. If there are any billing issues with your experience (e.g. refund), it will most likely be extremely frustrating. Corporate Office - They help address customer concerns. Very responsive and supportive. I really appreciate how promptly Jennifer responded to my concerns. Overall - I do not recommend Duke Campus Smiles. My main issue is the doctor's incentives appear to be misaligned with mine. If possible, I would get a second or third opinion from another doctor on your teeth before going forward with major or non-routine operations.

The NICEST dentists ever. Dr Shreshth, Theresa, and Laighanne were so kind and helpful. I went to dentist in the past who dismissed all my concerns and now it has turned into an actual issue and they were incredibly helpful in telling me all my options and the pros and cons of each.

Dr. Shrestha was amazing! I have (had?) severe (s e v e r e) dental anxiety and this was the first time I had a legitimately positive experience. Dr. Shrestha, Monique and Theresa were so incredibly efficient, intelligent, organized, and beyond competent. But more importantly the operated with kindness and I have never (actually never) felt better about my teeth! Over fifteen years of severe dental anxiety conquer by empathetic excellence!

I loved my visit! Dr. Shrestha and Theresa were amazing. They treated me with compassion, empathy and graces I’ve had some pretty bad dentist in the pasts, but I will be coming back for more of their work!

Excellent care from start to finish. From the warm welcome and the attention provided by the office patient care coordinator, dental assistant, and dental hygienist, to the consultation with Dr. Neha Shrestha, everything was outstanding. Dr. Shrestha not only made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit, showing genuine care and concern during every procedure to ensure I was at ease, but she also has an incredibly delicate and precise technique that made the procedures completely painless. Treatments that had been painful for me in the past caused no discomfort this time. This truly makes coming to the dentist a pleasant experience. THANK YOU

Campus Smiles was so great! Went in for the first time and got an appointment immediately. My dentist, Dr Shrestha, was so caring and meticulous. I felt like I was in the best care. Theresa, Leighanne and Kay were great too. I will definitely be going back

I had an amazing experience at Duke Smile! Anna, Theresa, Jessica, and Dr. Shrestha were super friendly! The doctor was very professional and would answer every question that you asked. Also, the whole filling process was painless even with the anesthesia! Teeth cleaning was also professional and thorough! The staff were really friendly everyone had a smile on their face. No wonder they called themselves Duke Smile. Anyways, definitely recommend to visit
