Seré una nueva paciente y espero que todo me salga bien realmente tengo mucho de no ir al dentista, la verdad tengo miedo de que podrían hacerme pero e leído los comentarios y me siento muy en paz

I’ve been going to this dentist since 2012(Merritt blvd) and I NEVER had a bad experience until today!!!! The ortho Karl was very rude disrespectful and dismissive. I came in to get a replacement retainer and he insisted on telling me where and what I should spend MY money. he stated he wasn’t making another retainer if this one breaks because that’s not what he’s there for!! Karl wasn’t interested nor cared about being professional. I will not book another appointment with him ever again!!! He even made the tech uncomfortable.The staff is always very nice and welcoming. I never left a dentist office holding back tears……KARL IS THE WORST ortho I’VE EVER EXPERIENCE!!!!

I tried to establish care here as a new patient, but getting a response is impossible. I reached out to schedule an appointment & never heard a word back from their coordinator. If you’re looking for a dental office that communicates, look elsewhere.

I’ve gone to this office for about 5 years & always had a great experience but today was totally out of the norm! The surgeons nurse was an absolutely delight, as well as the other staff per usual! But the dentist I felt dismissed me & I took it very offensive! Ive never seen or spoke with this dentist before & will not again he was so rude! During my exam, I asked about one thing (still related to the my reason for being there, but I just wanted to inquire) He says ‘we’re focused on something else right now’ with a little more attitude than I’d like. How can you tell me what to focus on and it’s all related to the reason I’m there? I asked a direct question & only needed a direct answer, not a rude statement about what to focus on! I’m supposed to go back but after that experience I think Ill be canceling & find another office 😞

the woman was rude. she made a comment about my facial acne. she ran x-rays just to run up my insurance. when spoke to someone over the phone while making my appointment... I was told that I would be seen by a dentist and when I went in for my appointment after running the x-rays they told me the dentist was not in that day . they were not able to do anything.

The office is clean and the staff and dentist are both professional and like family. They were very aware and concerned with my comfort. They were quick and even added an extra filling for me so I didn’t have to come back. When my first filling was way more involved than expected, they never made me feel bad or rushed. Even on a busy day, the wait was short, the care was above par and the environment was incredible. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Ulery Dental. The staff is very professional, they do great work, and are very warm and supportive. They helped with my cleaning and filling appointments. Lauren, Lewis, Jess, and Dr Ayushi provided great experience. Wish they were in DC!
