Highly recommend this practice for emergency procedures! Our 3-year-old needed an abscessed tooth removed. We were so impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the staff. When we called they got us in the next day and successfully took x-rays of a squirmy toddler! Dr. Tennassee was knowledgeable, kind, and communicative about the procedure. We left the office that day with a scheduled date for removing the tooth and a spot on the cancellation list. They called us the next week and offered us an earlier date for the removal. The procedure went smoothly and we are so grateful to Dr. Tennassee and the excellent staff!

1st visit - 12 month old. 11/2025 Waited for 30 mins in the lobby before being brought back but I really liked the dentist. He was very polite, knowledgeable and made my child’s first ever dentist appt comfortable. 2nd visit - 18 month old 5/2026. I was 9 mins late. Checked in & waited from 9:19-9:45 before inquiring about the appt. Front desk informed me that I was late so they couldn’t see my child for my appt. I asked when we could be seen, they said possibly 40 more mins or longer. Now I completely understand that I was the one late & take full accountability for my mismanagement of time. However, I feel there was a lack of communication. During checkin, I would’ve appreciated a conversation such as "Ma’am, you are 9 mins late and we are unable to see you for your scheduled time. Would you be willing to wait around for an open availability or would you like to reschedule?" I have a wild 18m old so waiting for possibly an additional 40+ mins was not an option for me at that moment. We left at 9:50am. I have rescheduled with the Perry Hall location & hope to have a positive experience there.

My daughter is autistic and has always had problems with ppl touching her face. But She and Dr Koymen got along like old friends.he played with her and made her comfortable and happy. Definitely happy we chose this place!!!

Now this is a real review when I mean to tell you, I've been to so many different dental office that did not know how to handle my child with autism. I'm so glad I found this Dental office dr. Buckle knows how to handle and work with kids with autism and any disability Dr Buckle is blessing thanks the staff that worked there is so nice

Since my son was 6 months old I've been taking him to Chesapeake Dental. And they have made it comfortable for my son every time to make sure he likes to go. The staff is very kind. And the office is clean. They definitely care about their patients ❤️
