I cannot recommend this practice enough, this is now my 3rd time here, and they consistently exceed my expectations. Dr. Okefe provided incredibly gentle and painless service, which instantly put me at ease. Bobby was very attentive and knowledgeable, and Maria, the assistant, was equally amazing. The entire team was incredibly professional. They had answers for any questions I had, and our conversations were all so smooth. They truly made me feel confident to ask anything without hesitation. the front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. This entire collection of staff is truly the nicest group I’ve ever experienced in any medical setting.

I feel a bit conflicted writing this review because there’s a lot this dental office does really well. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years, and the front desk staff has always been friendly and welcoming. The providers are professional, knowledgeable, and reliable—they take great care of you while you’re in the chair and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. That said, scheduling has become a significant challenge. It feels like the office has taken on more patients than they can realistically accommodate. Appointments are often booked 8–9 months out. For example, when I left my visit in November, the next available cleaning and check-up wasn’t until 9 months later. There have also been times when appointments were canceled and the soonest reschedule option was 6 months out. At that point, it becomes difficult to stay consistent with routine care. No matter how great the experience is during the visit, not being able to access care in a reasonable timeframe makes it hard to rely on the practice. Because of this, I ultimately made the difficult decision to switch to a different dental office so I can receive more timely care. I truly value the quality of care here and hope the office is able to improve scheduling and availability for their patients.

Downey Promenade Dental Group is a great spot for dental care. The office is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff provide excellent service. Everyone was professional, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The location is also super convenient with plenty of parking and easy access. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality dental care in the area!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! The check-in process was fast and easy, and everyone was incredibly professional from start to finish. The surgeon, Dr. Marhabi, and his team were absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous, but they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. I’m healing great, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients!

My wife and I were very dissatisfied with our previous dentist. When this dentist office opened, my wife and I decided to give it a try not long after. We have been with them ever since, and it’s been over 10 years. I even suggested to my mom that she should switch her dentist to Promenade as well. There are too many reasons why I recommend them, but suffice it to say that I am very satisfied and would recommend to anybody.
