I had an amazing experience at 5D Smiles Dental, from all the staff from the front desk to the Doctor. They are all amazing and I just had to share how impressed I am especially with Mrs. Loan, the hygienist. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, professional and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized, which already set a great tone for my visit. Mrs. Loan truly stands out. She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and attentive to detail. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire cleaning. She genuinely cares for her patients and takes pride in her work. What I appreciated the most was her kindness and patience, she made sure I was comfortable at all times and checked in regularly during my procedure. If you're looking for a Dental office that provides top quality care and a hygienist who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend 5D Smiles Dental. Great first visit at 5D Smiles Dental Implants & Cosmetics! I had a complimentary consultation with Dr. Henry Qiu for my implant, and he explained everything clearly step by step. I really appreciated that there were no hidden fees at all, unlike some other offices. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

From my personal experience as a new patient, getting a consultation for the implants was overall a great experience. The staff was very nice and professional. I met the doctor, who was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me step by step. I will definitely consider returning

I came here out of desperation and I’m glad I did! I’ve been to 2 other dental offices in Downey in the span of 3 years. Occlusal trauma/infection caused by an ill fitting temporary crown done somewhere else brought me to Dr.Qui’s office. He’s very knowledgeable, up to date with techniques, technology, and has a keen eye for detail. I’ve had issues in the past with poorly fitting crowns and I noticed the quality of his care and work immediately. He did a difficult extraction, I appreciate his technique used for gum design/preservation and now awaiting a dental implant. He also saved my molar, I know if I went elsewhere they would’ve resorted to a root canal, which I’m glad i didn’t need, all thanks to his care. They offer financing through cherry which helps tremendously. Extremely grateful to have found this office, thank you 5D!
