Thank you for everything. Quick service. Friendly environment. Helpful with smaller children during emergency if push come to shove... try not to bring them but they love children, just be careful... Kids should be getting cleanings and not just hanging out there. Lead me to a place I love. I love

This is a 0 star dentist, only giving one because it's required to rate & say what I want to say! I arrive on time for my appointments, they don't care about that. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen last time only to get to the back, wait even longer then have the rude dentist as quickly as she can, rush my cleaning! It was terrible.She is bitchy & likes to make rude comments about facial piercings. No other dentist has ever done that to me before. Extremely over booked. Don't come here unless you want to waste hours of your life & then get a half ass rushed cleaning.learn how to schedule your patients, this place is awful!!! I never should have let them mark me for my 6 month return because after thinking about it, I will never come back! Too bad they won't even answer the phone to cancel appointments either since I found a much better dentist just know I will not be back on the 8th I guess if this is how I have to cancel, oh well!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Booked an appointment at 1 PM to see the dentist. I sat there for 45 minutes. I reminded the receptionist that I have a shift at 2:30 PM and why did she set an appointment for me knowing that they don't have the capacity and they cannot meet the expectation. This is an absolute disgrace and I will not reccommend for someone who values time. Only visit if you have nothing to do for that day so that you can sit and scroll tiktok.

Good customer service but 2 stars because of billing policies. Me and my child are on 2 separate insurance but are bills are combined preventing me from getting my work done and now months later I'm still looking for a new dentist. Terrible.

I visited DD 8/31/2020 on Mack & Alter. I made the appointment after work and was accommodated within a week. I waited less than 4 minutes to enter the office. I was called into the dental chair quickly too! That was all good, however the professionalism of the office manager Ms. Portia and Carlese the medical dental assistant was excellent. Now onto the passionate and extremely knowledgeable Dr. Parsons. She was gentle and caring. She knew this was my first doctors visit after COVID-19 re-opening. I was put at ease by the entire staff. Dr. Parsons and the dental assistant practiced the highest cleanliness and visual sanitation practices. I was very pleased on every level. Upon leaving my visit I was financially assessed for my next visit so I have no hidden costs at my next appointment. Thank you Dr. Parsons and staff.
