Muy mala atención y organización … me han cambiado hora de cita en el mismo dia por más de 2 veces sin avisarme esperé más de 40 mins y nunca me atendieron … estoy buscando otro doctor para mi hija ahora

They won’t schedule long enough appointments so we have to come back multiple times. In the mean time, cavities are getting worse. They pulled 2 of my daughter’s teeth. They told her one was infected but did not give antibiotics even though she is immune compromised. When I called because it was infected, they told me they could get her in a week later and did not care. I have not been happy with them for a while but now I am extremely upset. We will be finding a new dentistry practice.

Went in as a walk in was ready to settle in for the day , because let’s face it when you have no appointment there is a big chance you will be there for a while . To my surprise I was called back right away and had everything thing done including my tooth pulled in about an hour . Staff is very kind and understanding!! Would recommend 💯 to anyone !!!

First of all the tablet update is bull they don't update your contact information and will cancel your kids appointments when you show them you didn't recive the appointment reminder they put it on file as a no show now you only get 2 times then your can't be seen without payment for there computer mess up no im sorry for the inconvenience just a nasty attitude from the front desk ppl so unprofessional of them this place might be a non profit but lax complete customer service skills need management and staff coaching I rate this place a fat Zero being this is a second time this keeps happening Smiles south here we come oh and other dental offices are recommending this is a good place and can get you in willing to help

Scheduled appointment for 9:00 am. Waited 30 minutes before going up to the desk to ask what’s going on. Then was told they had to reschedule it for 10:00. Now here I am late getting my other child to her Dr appointment when I specifically told them when I came in that we had 2 hours to be at our next appointment. Now I have to cancel the emergency appointment my other child needed. This is an unacceptable way treat people, especially when they are paying for your services. It does not matter which form you pay with, you are still paying.

The dentist was extremely rude and arrogant and hostile and void of any compassion she was pulling my tooth and numbing me with the needle and I made pained noises and shake told me not to scream because kids where here that immediately rub me the wrong way she then stoped and told me if I was going to scream she can recommend me to a dentist that will knock me out for it as if me reacting to pain is illegal

They fumbled my root canal so badly that they injected my gums with the medical bleach made to clean the hole in the tooth, and the doctor that did it avoided me until I had to force attention out of another one. I was refunded but my tooth was ruined, and now I have a phobia of dentists, after days of sheer agony. Thanks.
