The hygienist, Abby worked on me. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. Treated me like a child. I'm a 71 year old woman. At one point she rolled her eyes because I was gagging and had to stop for a bit. She then told me there was a terrible odor coming from my back tooth (she was wearing a mask!) Came home and asked my family if they smelled it. They could not smell anything. They also scheduled scaling of my teeth twice in 3 months. Was informed by my insurance that they only cover it once every 6 months. I will not return to that facility.

I had to get my wisdom tooth out today and I was extremely nervous to do so. Dr. Roger and his team did such an amazing job making the process super quick and honestly painless. They were really personable and put me at ease. It’s only day 1 of my recovery but I have almost no pain at all. Dr. Roger went out and shook my boyfriend’s hand who drove me and took the time to explain how the procedure went and what my recovery would be like and everything I would need. I just wanted to leave a review to show my gratitude for the experience and for making something I was scared about so easy. Thank you!

Kaitlyn has no business being in a supervisory role. The customer service and business practices at this location are terrible. This is second time a hygienist called out and family was rescheduled. Notified last minute hours before appointment with zero attempt at a solution. Pulling child from school and using sick day at work and it was our problem. I had to proactively ask about other offices. The last appointment for spouse was delayed because the dentist was running late and he listened to the hygienists complain about this being a common thing. Do not reccomend this office. Significant time and attendence issues by staff and the business refuses to be inconvenienced or flex. The "manager" has zero leaderships skills to addesss and handle these situations and seems like there is a serious culture issue. In speaking with other offices in the practive, they state they are not aligned with this business practice that sounds specific to this location which tracks from my experience with the office manager. Steer clear of the Depew Office.

My fiancee had a 9am appointment on February 27th. She had to take the whole day off, drove an hour and a half there to be told the dentist wasn't in. Instead of calling her, they only text her and we dont get the message because we're driving. That is BS! They need to CALL YOU to make sure you know your appointment has been canceled. Oh, but to remind you of your upcoming appointment they'll call and text you several times!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rogér. He did a great job, I was very nervous and he put me at ease. I was completely sedated and comfortable the entire procedure. I am having some pain (to be expected) but feeling better than I thought. Thank you for making my experience the best it could be 😊

Had a periodontal procedure and followed up with a check up and cleaning.. So far all services were excellent. Had Mo for the most recent cleaning and he was very efficient and had just the right touch. He knew exactly what he was doing. Actually the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had and at 67 years old I had plenty. I’d recommend WNY Dental.

They consistently tell you that you have no balance (dual insurances) then they close your account because you don’t pay your balance. They are not organized and have no idea how to manage their office. DUAL INSURANCE FOLKS BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!
