Realmente un gran servicio. Tenía mucho dolor y me atendieron muy rápido y me dieron muchas opciones sobre el tratamiento necesario, también me dieron medicamentos para el dolor. Lily, Neyda y el Doctor Nguyen eran muy amables y los recomendaría a toda mi familia!!

I’ve had such a positive experience with Dr T. During my most recent filling appointment, I had extreme dental anxiety, and she was incredibly kind and patient. She helped calm me down, offered to reschedule if I needed, and made me feel completely supported. She’s also been very attentive to how my unique health issues affect my gums and teeth, which I really appreciate. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes thoughtful recommendations. She also fixed a filling a previous dentist had done poorly, and it is so much better. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both so skilled and so genuinely caring. Everyone on her team that I have worked with has been equally as caring and skilled as well.

I went to Icon dental looking for a regular cleaning (covered by insurance) and ended up being at my appointment for 1.5 hours with no cleaning, just exams performed. The dentist and hygienist informed me that I had early stages perioral gum disease (with a few sites being 4mm which is how they stage gum disease). They also told me they would not do a standard cleaning that day and I would have to come back for a deep cleaning... which would cost $450. I was skeptical and asked many questions, they stated it would be insurance fraud if they charged my insurance for a standard cleaning and later needed a deep cleaning. Well I called my insurance and that's not how it works! I got a second opinion and was informed that all my gums were less than 2 mm and not near stages of perioral gum disease. OG dental also tried to have me do a sleep study (more money) and recommended 4 fillings. Needless to say, I was recommended an up charge for almost everything, that was deemed not necessary but a second dentist (and cheaper to get fillings done too!) That was a long review but I was very frustrated with my care here, it felt like being ant a car dealership, and would not recommend to anyone. Only positive was a cute front office set up.

I found this place looking for an elective cosmetic procedure. I stayed because they are thorough, professional and have a great attention to detail. I was able to schedule my work within a reasonable amount of time without issue. They were attentive to my needs and worked diligently to make sure the new work fit my bite. They did a filling close to my gum line and its like magic! My smile is restored beautifully. Also, I was able to schedule my biannual Botox appointment with my cleaning so it was a spa day wrapped into a dental appointment. I LOVE twofers! As well, they were able to give masseter Botox and I am very excited for the benefits that procedure promises. They were very clear about my charges and my expectations were met in every way. The pricing is proximal to other dentists but the additional care and attention to detail make it a much more valuable experience. Im glad I found this spot and you will be too.

I found Icon dental online through my insurance provider and I wish I had looked around at other options. From the beginning it felt like the dental staff were more concerned about high end, advanced technologies and frills than patient-centered care and patient peace of mind. For these reasons I sought a second opinion. Unfortunately, when I reached out to receive the full set of X-rays in order to continue my care elsewhere, Icon Dental only released the limited 5 X-ray panel. Icon Dental had billed my insurance provider for the entire full set of X-rays, but this service was not performed. As a result, I am unable to continue my care elsewhere considering my insurance only covers a full set of X-rays every 60 months. This is fraudulent and incredibly disappointing that my dental care will be delayed.

Great dentist spot. Have been going here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. Kind hygienists and doctors. Fun but professional. Right downtown so easy for me to walk from work. Highly recommend.
