Hello my name is Julian. I have been going to AAD my whole life and i can say this place is by far the best dentistry ever. You walk in everyone is so kind and pleasant to one another. The state of the art equipment is also a really cool part. At AAD you never have to worry about a bad cleaning or such. Ashley, Amy, Alexis, and Dr. Piani are always on it!! Dr. Piani himself if a great person and his whole staff does a great job of taking care of clients.

AAD is by far the best dental practice in Denver! I never hesitate to refer anyone to them, and it is genuinely a pleasure every time I go the dentist. They are a fantastic team!

AAD is not just one of the best but truly The Best. I could not have had a better experience for all my dental needs. The office is inviting and calming. The staff at AAD truly do care about every aspect of the dental care I needed. My basic and cosmetic procedures were explained to me in detail. They explained why I needed certain procedures and what was entailed each time. I had multiple appointments and every one went smoothly. Any conflicts in scheduling were quickly adjusted to meet my availability. Dr. Paini is on top of his game and made every procedure seamless and a truly wonderful experience and the results are out of this World as far as I'm concerned. My new smile from a wretched one is far beyond what I thought I would look like when I smile. Lexi was right in there every step with comforting words and actions throughout my whole makeover. I have gone through a number of dentist challenges in the past, and the contrast from those previous businesses is stark. Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry, from the receptionist to the dentist, from the hygienist to the records person, is so far ahead of everyone else I've encountered it defies description. If there was a way for you to try YOUR dentist, then come to Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry and contrast them, you might see just how much better this business and its people are. If other dentists are 5-stars, I need to give this business 10, they are that good. I've been to other dentists...Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry has set a new, very high bar I didn't think was possible for a dentist and their team. They explain things in human terms without talking down to you, using analogies and caring about your understanding. They are so kind and connected with their customers. They teach instead of preach, they are efficient and effective, they care about their industry and how to do things right. I leave feeling amazed at the difference from my past experiences even with a cleaning. I'm telling you...the hygienist is worth their weight in gold...I FEEL the difference, and my mouth is not sore and I don't feel like I've felt going to other businesses. I look forward to going to the dentist at this point. I've never in my life thought I would say that. That kind of reality is so much greater than "5 stars".
