Been going here officially a full year now. Rick the hygienist is the best, I have gum recession and cleaning can be super sensitive. He's patient and will layer numbing gel before cleaning to make it more comfortable for me. When I've had fillings done by the dentist there, its been the easiest procedure I've ever had. They also have screens on the ceiling, streaming the Italian coast to keep your mind at ease.

Dr. Lan and Dr. Chi are exceptional—experienced, caring, and always take the time to explain procedures clearly, which really can put you at ease. Their professionalism and compassion make every visit stress-free. A special shout-out to Rick, who is not only a top-notch hygienist but also incredibly friendly. He makes cleanings comfortable and enjoyable with great conversation while keeping patient care front and center. I went for my bi annual cleaning. My pervious dentist stopped accepting my insurance. Vanilla Dentistry accepted my insurance. Everyone was professional and friendly. Everything was explained to me before procedures started. My mouth needs an additional treatment. I was notified of the need but not pressed to get it done. As I scheduled the procedure I was informed my insurance would cover the cost.

Hands down one of the best dentist in the area! I still dread going to the dentist don’t get me wrong but Vanilla Family Dentistry really does make it better and takes a lot of the anxiety away. Everyone is super friendly and approachable, you feel comfortable stating if you are in pain or need a break without fear of being "that" patient, but most importantly both providers are amazing. They are down to earth and easy to talk to, overall I always have a great experience and actually follow thru with my follow ups.

Everyone at Vanilla Family Dentistry was very nice! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chi, whom I really liked. Although I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and had several problems to address, she was so kind and thorough, and didn't make me feel bad about my lapse in cleanings/treatment. I look forward to working with her more in the future. Evelyn, who did my X-rays and cleaning, was also wonderful. She explained how the whole office and their team works and really made me feel at home. My only little problem was the amount of time I waited to see the doctor once I was seated in an exam room. Wednesday afternoons are apparently very busy, so moving forward, I will try to schedule first thing in the morning to avoid missing extra time at work. Thank you, all!

I had my long-standing implant issue finally addressed at this dental clinic, and my cavities were also taken care of with great attention and care. I truly feel this place has some of the best and most professional dentists - Dr. Lan and Dr. Chi. The entire team goes above and beyond to help reduce your stress and make the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
