Dr Buchanan is the most knowledgeable orthodontist. I came in as an adult, after seeing the great care my son received. Dr B recognized unique issues with correcting my smile and ensured every aspect of my bite was addressed. But what impressed me most was after an ice storm. The staff worked so hard, was super friendly & accommodating to reschedule hundreds of patients. And Dr B was in the parking lot multiple days, before opening, putting out de-ice and even scraping ice with a shovel to ensure the safety of his staff and patients. This is a truly wonderfully amazing group of people.

Dr. Buchanan did my braces over 15 years ago and still to this day my #1 compliment I always get is how pretty my teeth and smile are. He is incredible and I have never ever forgotten him.

This place has been like family to us!! We look forward too and enjoy every single appointment with their incredible staff! They are so great with my kids …it’s actually fun for them to go to their orthodontist appointments! I can’t say enough about Dr Buchanan and his knowledge, efficiency, and care! They will treat you like family and you will become their family in the process! Highly recommend and adore Dr B and his wonderful staff!

Dr Buchanan and his staff are superb! My daughter went through orthodontics there and my son will in the near future! I used to work in the ortho field and I am very particular..: but they exceeded all of my expectations!! I don’t know much about orthodontics. But as an executive of a multi-provider, multi-site medical practice in this area, I know a little about patient experience, front and back office management, clinic flow, and other things. I also know talent, excellence, and process when I see it. I see fine and exceptional examples of this here at the Aubrey location. The front desk receptionist appears to have her work streamlined and her welcoming attitude is superb. My son says he really likes the associates in the back where his braces work happens. He also says he enjoys the doctor. His teeth are coming along nicely. I’m quite impressed with this practice and would highly recommend.
