Excelente doctor, tuve muy buena experiencia en mi extracción de muelas del jucio fue hace 1 día y no he tenido dolor ni inflamación. Me explicaron el procedimiento antes de la cirugía, respondieron todas mis dudas y fueron muy pacientes.

Beware! Dr. AL-OBAIDI PATIENT ABANDONMENT! License M 25586 Friday, January 17,2025 Dr. Mohammed Al Obaidi performed a tooth extraction and bone graft. Tuesday, January 21, 2025 Just a couple of days later the same area began to swell and become painful again. I contacted Dr. Al Obaidi and was instructed to take send selfie photos of my face with my cell phone and send them to Dr. Al Obaidi via a messaging app. to his cell phone number. This was how he diagnosed my condition, a couple of photos. His nurse/assistant called back, she said the Dr. looked at the selfie photos and decided nothing was wrong, I was healing just fine and to keep taking NASID which will solve the swelling. I told Dr. Al Obaidi's assistant I have been talking NASID but the swelling and pain is getting worse. She repeated the same instructions, this time in a condescending tone, like she was talking to a child. I don’t believe she took me seriously, so I asked again. This time she said Dr. Al Obaidi will call in an additional prescription for a steroid, (for swelling), and an additional pain reliever. Dr. Al Obaidi ‘blew me off’; he did not call in either of the prescriptions. The pain was such I could not sleep that night. The swelling and pain continued to get even worse; it became unbearable. Wednesday, January 22, 2025 Since Dr. Al Obaidi was ignoring me, I sought treatment at Parkland Hospital Urgent Care. A large abscess and infection was present where Dr. Al Obaidi performed the bone graft and extraction. Parkland's medical staff was shocked and astonished that Dr. Al Obaidi diagnosed my condition based on a couple of cell phone photos of my face. Not to mention being ignored and the prescriptions were not called in as promised. A Parkland surgeon from the Oral and Facial clinic had to cut open the swelling with a scalpel and drain "a lot" of puss and blood. Then the surgeon also had to scrape out the infected bone graft. This was an incredibly traumatic procedure. The pain afterwards is extreme. Thursday January 23, 2025, 4:13 PM I texted another message to Dr. Al Obaidi asking why the prescriptions were not call in as promised, and why he had not called me to check on my condition. No reply. Friday January 24, 2025, 4:00 PM Still no reply, nothing. My experience is Al Obaidi doesn’t give a darn! He still hasn't even bothered to call or email and check how I'm doing, much less call in the prescriptions from three days ago. He got my money and my insurance, you can believe that.
