Dr. Balington and his entire team are outstanding! From the front office to the dental hygienists and assistants, everyone is personable, professional, and very communicative. They send reminders, are flexible with scheduling, and always make you feel welcome. I recently had a total of 4 visits for the work that needed to be done, and each time the experience was excellent. Dr. Ballington takes the time to explain every step of the process and makes sure you’re comfortable and prepared. He never rushes and is willing to answer all of your questions thoroughly. Visiting the dentist has always been an anxiety-producing experience for me, but this office puts me completely at ease. I couldn’t ask for a better dental team!

Made my first visit for an exemption and found DR. Todd Balington and team very helpful and professional. DR. Todd explained the options for my current dental condition and all the paths that he could take. Your office is going to contact me with for a second visit to go over a game plan. New to the DFW area and luckily was referred to this office from a Facebook group! Having the same dentist in Lubbock for over 30 years, we were looking for a dentist office that provides individualized & personable SERVICE, not your large clinic setting where no one even knows your name! We found it with Dr. B and his staff! Addie, Chrystal and Terry were all amazing! Dr. Balington was thorough and very informative! I feel we are in great hands!

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with exceptionally nice and professional people! Teri and Doctor Balington walked me through each step of the process as they did my general check up and were SO NICE. I recently had to switch dentists due to a bad experience, and im so glad I came here. They joked with me, educated me, and helped me with any questions I had. Will ABSOLUTELY come back again 🙌✨️

Dr Balington, Terry and Abby are great people to work with. The doctor was very thorough and I felt my cleaning was done much better than in previous places. Abby was also very efficient setting up my appointments.

Best dentist I have been to. Went in to a jaw issue, while there were not specialized to help, they still took the time to offer a complementary cleaning and sat down to explain the issue to me and referenced to a great specialist. Very helpful.

I had an issue with one of my molars. Quickest appointment was a week out. I texted them to say I'd be willing to come in if any cancellations. Next day I was contacted and had my issue identified and an action plan! Treatment began with quick notice to insurance for my copay. Temporary crown placed on and permanent ceramic crown installed in two weeks. Abby at front desk; Crystal as first contact for healthcare as dental hygienist; and the doctor himself Todd Balingtone!!!
