I have been going here for almost a year now and I have loved it! I decided to get Invisalign and after looking around I landed here. After a few days of looking I decided why not try and see how it is and I am so glad I did. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to everyone! Dr. Cramer did an amazing job and you can tell he loves what he does. If you are in Denton and need and orthodontist I highly recommend coming here :))

Dr. Cramer and his staff were absolutely wonderful throughout my Invisalign journey. I was originally referred to him because of my bite issues and TMJ concerns, and he worked so thoroughly with me through the entire process. He truly took the time to make sure my bite was corrected properly and that my jaw issues would not continue to reoccur. I am so happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Cramer and his team! I came to Dr. Cramer on my dentists recommendation for an evaluation for a condition. I had no expectations or much knowledge of orthodontics in general. The office was very comfortable and welcoming. They did a lot of high tech scans/x-rays which was not charged to me. But necessary to fully evaluate what might be causing my issue and how to solve it. Dr. Cramer explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and answered my questions. There was zero pressure out on me to begin with the treatment suggested.

It has been such a great experience having Dr. Cramer as my orthodontist. I had to work with him while getting upper jaw surgery and not only him but his entire staff have been so kind and helpful during the past few years. 100% recommend!

Amazing experience! Everyone was always nice and helpful and prompt! Just got my 10 yr olds braces off and they’re beautiful!! Dr Cramer takes the time to explain the plan and all the steps. My son and I are super happy with the results!!

I’m a 26-year-old male currently undergoing treatment here. I started with a MARPE palate expander and now have braces through Dr. Cramer. I absolutely love how thorough and detailed he is when explaining the treatment plan, what he’s doing, and why he’s doing it. He takes the time to walk you through his thought process in a way that makes you feel informed, comfortable, and involved in your own care. One thing I really appreciate is how he actually listens to your likes, dislikes, concerns, and goals. Nothing feels rushed or "cookie cutter." Dr. Cramer is extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and you can tell he truly cares about long-term results.... not just quick fixes The staff here is also amazing, friendly, professional, and super easy to work with.
