I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found Anthony Patel Orthodontics and their incredible team. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. The entire team is not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring. They took the time to explain every step of the process to my son, making him feel comfortable and excited about his treatment. Sherika has a remarkable ability to connect with children, making every visit enjoyable and stress-free. The office is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which further assures us that we are in good hands. The treatment plan was tailored specifically to meet my son’s needs, and we have already seen incredible progress in just a few months! What truly sets this practice apart is their commitment to patient care. The team is always available to answer questions, and they go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. It’s clear that they care about their patients not just as clients, but as individuals. We are so thankful for Anthony Patel Orthodontics and the entire staff. Overall, I am very disappointed in my experience at this practice. While I was hopeful following the ownership change, the lack of continuity of care and professionalism has remained the same. My two children have had five Dr changes, which has significantly delayed their treatment, going on three years. When I have brought these’s concerns up to Sharika, the manager, I have been met with hostility and defensiveness rather than collaboration to address the issues. In addition to the Dr changes, I have had multiple billing issues due to the office not following my insurance allowable amount and it has been almost a year since I requested an audit, with no audit completed or resolution. I will say the new Dr is very nice and knowledgeable and Josh the assistant has been very helpful throughout the changes, however, this does not make up for the lack of communication and respect to patients overall. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

We were referred to this orthodontist by the dentist for my 11 year old. We walked over and they were able to see us pretty quick for an initial consultation. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained how to get our account set up. The staff explained things thoroughly to myself and my son, who was very excited to get braces. The staff accommodated us and got my son set up on his new journey and they made sure to explain to him the do’s and don’ts for this 2 year process.

I had to transfer from this location to another due to moving out of state. I have had a ton of issues with the transfer and insurance process. I understand the insurance issues aren’t exactly their fault but they failed to communicate multiple very important things with me. Every time I’ve called I get different responses and no one can ever really help me. My new location has had to put in a lot of work to figure out what has gone wrong and try to fix the issues that occurred while I was a patient at THIS office. The lack of communication with me and unwillingness to actually listen to my concerns and realize that something was wrong with the billing process has been extremely disappointing. No one has done their job correctly here and I’ve asked for help multiple times. I would have really appreciated if someone would have listened to me and actually looked into my concerns.

Love taking my daughter here. ( Denton ) Everyone is so nice , they work with you and every time we come my daughter has a great experience .

Orthodontist instructed assistant to show me how to put on and remove bands. Assistant provided no written, verbal, or visual instruction. Very frustrating. Can't put them on. Also, Had to google how to put on and take off my invisalign as well. Just expected to figure out on my own i guess.
