Does not take Medicaid any longer... If I could give zero I would. One star for pitiful , they did not honor a signed proposal, they took the money then kept canceling , deleted prior authorization tried to rip us off. One of the dentists was hitting on me he’s no longer there, Isabella is a terrible person she is unremarkable glorified secretary that was obviously involved in Medicaid fraud and I’m definitely reporting this to the irs bbb Medicaid fraud with my evidence they deleted. They no longer take Medicaid ( wonder why). And do not honor previous treatment plans.horrible place even my bonding was messed up. All the 6 positive reviews I guarantee are people that work for this place or know the dr. And the worst part is I had the $ to get the procedure they just assumed I could not pay, Medicaid does nothing anyway what did they think I expected 🙃. 215k followers google me and they are not even going to here about this place I will not waste one more second on this they could have got free promo. If they were honorable they would have honored the signed treatment plan regulars less of Medicaid changing which they were aware of and lacked to mention just bill bill bill. *owner Do not respond -you could have done a mitzvah simply by honoring your word. So your written word means nothing . We still are paying someone, you did not win.

Dr. Herman is a great dentist, office is nice and clean which personally it is a plus for me. I'm glad this office accepts not only children but also adults with Medicaid. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain what I needed. I can say I found my new dentist!

Im so glad i found this office im amazed how nice and efficient Lisa and leanne are they really went out of their way to help me specially finding out my insurance coverage, unlike other offices they would alway tell me to call my insurance on my own. Drs in the practice make you feel at ease and do well at explaining treatment options. Thank you everyone for making my dental experience a happy and comfortable experience and for checking on me a day after my surgery.

Made an appointment for a Thursday and then when I arrived, was told me appointment was made for two weeks out. After when I finally got the day to reschedule my appointment, was told that my insurance didn’t cover anything. Which I knew wasn’t the case. Since then been to a new dentist which, just so happens to be "covered" by my insurance like I knew all along.

I like it because its kinda close to my house and also the doctor have a great personality and once you step foot in there office they always greet you

The most efficient dentist I've been to! Well kept place and they have you in and out in a jif ! The dentist here are good at what they do and are so friendly!

Does not take Medicaid. Staff does not return calls either.
