Dr. Williams and staff was excellent. She was very patient and informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and provide additional needed info. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a dentist.

Excellent! Very personable, made me feel comfortable and at ease with my procedure. Everyone was kind. One or two of the staff could smile more especially when you're greeting patients. Overall, the atmosphere of the office is friendly, calming, and inviting. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs a Dentist.

Great service as always. As you can tell by my records, I have been going to your location for many years and every time you’ve all seem like you took my best health interest first. This definitely was seen this time since I had recently taken a fall and had to have major surgery. I want to thank the doctor for all the attention that she gave me. Maybe I can see her in a month or so and still get the procedure done and I might be able to even walk a little better then. Thanks.

Visit went very well and in a timely manner. Ms. Ginger took good care with making me comfortable as I have sensitive teeth, and Ms. T. Williams (dentist) examined and gave me good advice on two protruding teeth that will eventually need attention.

I came in as a new patient for a crown that came off. Had a full exam by Kailyn and Hedaya. They worked so PROFICIENTLY and fast. They teamed up to get my Xrays and exam done fast! They were both very knowledgeable about the whole process. I must add that they were SUPER friendly and I sincerely felt at home. The provider showed genuine concerns for the overall health of my teeth. Front desk greeted me with a pleasant smile and friendliness. I highly recommend them. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my first visit!

Such a great dentist experience. The dental assistant, dentist and hygienist were amazing! This was my best teeth cleaning experience. Looking forward to my next appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I still haven’t been called to reschedule a follow up from a month ago after these incompetent people messed up how I eat for what seems to be the rest of my life! I have been a patient at this office since I was 6 years old. I’m now in my 30s, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After having five cavities filled, I left with a problem I never had before: I cannot chew on the left side of my mouth without experiencing sharp, shocking pain. During the procedure, I raised my hand because I was in pain, and additional numbing was given. Ever since then, eating has been a struggle. I’ve already returned to the office twice looking for answers. I was told the painful tooth wasn’t even worked on, there was no fracture, and my bite was "fine." Yet somehow I went from having zero issues before the procedure to being unable to eat normally afterward. I was prescribed ibuprofen, sensitive toothpaste, and a Z-Pak, none of which have solved the problem. At this point, I genuinely believe this office knows something went wrong and is more focused on protecting itself than figuring out why a long-time patient suddenly can’t eat on one side of her mouth after treatment. Patients deserve accountability and real solutions, not conflicting explanations while they continue to suffer. I never expected that a routine filling appointment would leave me struggling to enjoy my favorite foods and searching for answers.
