Cornerstone Dentistry-Decatur

Dr. Whitaker is the nicest dentist I have ever met. He does a great job and his prices for dental work are very affordable. I am planning on having my entire family see him and I will recommend him to all my friends. He goes the extra mile for ensuring patient care and comfort. I can't say enough nice things about him.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Dr. Whitaker is a lunatic! It was like a horror movie experience and I reported him to the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama and my Insurance Company for Insurance fraud!! He lied and said he would fix my husband’s tooth if we could come there right then. We got there and all of his equipment is outdated and he didn’t have the heater on. It was 30 degrees outside. His entire building is rundown. There wasn’t a hygienist or assistant nowhere to be found just him. He took an X-Ray and held AN ICE CUBE ON MY HUSBANDS TOOTH that in fact needed a root canal! Pure TORTURE! Then he lied and said he couldn’t fix it that day and couldn’t until another month! We paid him $50. All we were supposed to pay was $25 deductible. He billed the insurance company outrageous amounts and then called us for $15 more dollars for his covid mask he wore that day!! 1-2-24! He said its a law that the insurance company pay for his covid mask and if they don’t then we are required to pay for his Covid mask! I called the insurance company and they said he lied! And he can’t bill for that! He didn’t give us an itemized statement. And my husband never got any help on his tooth but ice torture!! Do not go to this dentist unless you want an unethical dentist!!

I have been to a dentist before but I have never felt as comfortable as I have here thank you doc your the best
