I needed to have an extraction done. Dr. Song and his entire team is amazing! They truly care about their patients, their wellbeing, and will answer any questions you may have. They take their time with you during your appointments and never feels like they are trying to rush you out the door. I highly recommend going to Dr. Song you won't be disappointed.

I recently underwent an extraction which was performed by Dr Song and his Team. The entire process was painless as a result of their pre- operative preparation and concern for my comfort. The procedure went flawlessly and during the process he solicited input from me to ensure I was comfortable and pain free. He and the staff really went out of their way to ensure my comfort from the first appointment throughout my recovery - to include calling my home to check on me. I highly recommend them and Dr Song is not only highly competent and qualified- his bedside manner and concern for your health is second to none. I highly recommend Dr Song and his staff!

I had the best experience here. I had 3 extractions (including to wisdom teeth) and an implant. Dr. Song did an amazing job! And the whole process was seamless with zero complications. The facility here is very nice. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Song. He is a fantastic oral surgeon. He showed true professionalism through the whole process and he made sure I felt very comfortable with everything that needed to be done. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients and the success of the cases he takes on. I recommend this office to everyone and if you get the chance to see Dr. Song I highly recommend him!

Really unprofessional experience from start to finish. Dr. Song was oddly paranoid during the consultation and made a hostile comment implying I was recording him, which immediately made the visit uncomfortable. The appointment then lasted nearly two hours just to tell me what I already knew, that my wisdom teeth needed to be removed. After the consultation, the front desk clearly told me I was fully covered through insurance and that I was good to go. Weeks later, I started receiving letters claiming I owed additional money and threatening to send the bill to collections. This was never disclosed upfront and felt like a surprise charge. Between the uncomfortable interaction, wasted time, and unexpected billing threats, I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this office to anyone.

Had a great experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. The whole staff was very kind and professional, they took good care of me from the moment I walked in. Dr. Thayer was quick and skilled! the procedure took just a few minutes and I didn’t feel anything. Smooth process overall. Highly recommend this place for wisdom teeth removal.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Dr. Song and the entire team. I am the biggest baby when it comes to anything medical and they made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. They were able to get me in so quickly for my surgery because they knew I was in pain, and I felt really taken care of the whole time. My recovery has been so smooth with barely any swelling and almost no pain, which I honestly didn’t expect at all. Everything was explained clearly and I always felt like I was in good hands.
