The most amazing dentist I’ve ever come across. She is full of empathy and at no point did I feel shamed or judged. Her team is incredible and worth the traveling distance.

Dr. Tracy is very professional and empathetic. I had cavity filling when I was younger that was quite traumatic and I dreaded getting my teeth refilled. My cavity filling this time around went very smoothly and I felt much more comfortable.

Not only is the dentist (Tracey Cook) professional, but she was also friendly and empathetic to me (despite being an emergency drop-in with an urgent dental situation). Highly recommend this office and will definitely plan to return. Front office staff/dental assistant Cynthia was also wonderful! 🪸

I wanted to find a dental office that was, personally experienced and professional. My daughter, and I needed a dentist that was sensitive, caring, and yet knowledgeable. We found all that at Coral Bay. Dr. Cook staff is a reflection of herself and each one of the staff members take extra time and care to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Cook is very personable and interested in my family having healthy teeth. My daughter looks forward to see the staff and most of all seeing Dr Cook. We feel like family at Coral Bay!

My daughter had a very good experience with Dr. Cook and her staff, so I chose to see them when my teeth were hurting, and I am very glad that I did! Dr. Cook did a very thorough examination of my mouth, the best I have ever had, and outlined clearly what needs to be done. She and her staff are super nice as well. My family has been coming to Dr. Cook for years, and we have always had an amazing experience (as good as a dentist visit can be 🙂 The receptionist is kind, helpful and efficient. He always greets me with a smile. They followed the strictest practices during COVID to stay open while keeping everyone safe. They still do temp checks on arrival, and of course they are all masked. Dr. Cook is an excellent dentist but she also has the most calming demeanor. She explains procedures that are needed, but she doesn't push extra services on her patients. She and her staff are gentle and caring and do not trigger my health anxiety whatsoever. I normally don't write reviews but I had to give a shout out after my latest teeth cleaning appointment. The new hygenist Bridget is the BEST! She is friendly, caring and gentle. She didn't do any of the things that usually make me hate the whole process- no pain, no blood, no waterboarding, no asking a million questions while I couldn't speak. She checked on me to make sure I was doing okay, she was sweet and cheerful and most importantly, she made my teeth look and feel great. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!

My husband, daughter, and I have all been patients of Coral Bay since it opened and have found the dental services to be excellent. Dr. Cook is pleasant and takes excellent care of all of us. The hygienists have been thorough and friendly and the office staff is efficient and accommodating. All in all, could not be more pleased with the friendly and professional service we have gotten at Coral Bay.
