DAVIS Smile Center/ Dr.Jafar Afkham

After having a less than stellar experience at a previous dentist, I LOVED my experience with Dr. Afkham and his team. They were polite and kind to each other and the patients and gave recommendations in an informative yet non-judgmental manner. I’m looking forward to my next visit- something I didn’t ever expect to experience from a dentist!

I chose DAVIS Smiles Center because the Dr and I share the same first name. Dr. Jafar is now the second I’ve met in 50yrs in this country. Magic in the air and quintessential professionalism, in spades at Davis smile Center. The staff are in unison effortlessly.

Dr. Jafar at Davis Smile Center was amazing. My jaw locked open and he fixed it within a minute after other clinics couldn’t help. Very professional and highly recommended.

First I’m gonna start this off with the fact that I haven’t been to the dentist in 16 years, due to parental neglect when I was a teen and just feeling immense anxiety that I didn’t go when I became an adult and for the fear of being judged. I called around different dental offices to see who was accepting my insurance (delta dental) and this office accepted it and accepted me. The receptionist, I believe her name is Diana, very sweet woman and immediately treated me with kindness and warmth. I needed that, then the assistant who did my X-rays and the Dr himself were so understanding and very tender with me and my dental anxiety. I highly recommend this Dental office if you are searching for one! I’m very happy being their patient and I look forward to my next visits!

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and have consistently had high quality treatment - from the dental assistants to Dr. Afkham himself, as well as the receptionist. The dental team has a very calming presence and is extremely efficient and caring in their work. The communication of this dental office is second to none - they send appointment reminders/confirmations and check up on how I am feeling the next day, which no other dentist has done before. Highly highly recommend this dentist!!
