Dr. Lutz is the epitome of a skilled professional, meticulous in his work, highly knowledgeable, and truly passionate about dentistry and his patients. He explains his treatment throughly putting you at ease. He’s so easy to talk to and very trusting. He treats you with genuine compassion and has heartfelt empathy for his patients. He takes out the time to check on his patients after the procedure. His assistant, Amelia is also empathetic and so caring and concerned about your total care. She is a joy to talk to! Dr. Lutz and Amelia both make you feel like you are their friends! The entire staff is a joy to be around and they make you feel like you are a part of their family!

I am new to Dallas—and my neighbor recommended White Rock Dental. I am very happy she did. I feel like I have had great dental care for most my life. (I have had extensive dental issues due to an injury that occurred when I was playing softball when I was a kid). Dr. Lutz and the hygienist, listened to all the surgeries and procedures, looked over my films, and concluded the best cleaning for my trip today. The goal is yo prevent additional issues. Dr Lutz and Sam are careful that the experience is a pain-free one. The front desk ladies are welcoming and efficient. I have nothing but praise for White Rock Dental.

I was feeling very nervous about my appointment, but the team immediately put me at ease with their calm, friendly demeanor. The front desk staff were welcoming and organized, and the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. They were so gentle and patient with me, which made a world of difference. Thanks to their professionalism, empathy, and reassuring attitudes, what I expected to be a stressful visit actually turned out to be a really positive experience. This has been the best Dental place I have come across. They are very professional, super clean, very diligent and always provide excellent customer service. Trust is very important to me and they do a phenomenal job, I feel they have my best interest.

I, like many others, do not relish going to the dentist for dental work. But Dr. Franklin was awesome! I had a filling replaced, and it was one of the best, if not the best, non-cleaning dental experiences I’ve had.

I really didn’t think a dental office could have all 5-star reviews on Google, but White Rock Dental proved me wrong. The front staff is lovely, my dental hygienist Jessica was amazing during my cleaning, and Dr. Franklin made me so comfortable during a painless cavity fill! All around I’ve had exceptional experiences at this office and with all the staff!

Great dentist! Samuel did an outstanding job with my cleaning and preparing everything. They have lots of high tech equipment and friendly doctors and staff.
