Dr. Kim is an incredible Dental professional… I have never had such a wonderful experience with any medical professional. From Mandy, his practice manager being so personable and thorough explaining everything I needed, she absolutely went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Kim’s assistant Ana was so gentle with me, this Was a first class experience. I will never trust anyone else again after having such a different experience at University Park Dental.

I usually dread going to the dentist, but this office completely changed my perspective. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Shelbi, my dental hygienist, made everything feel so easy and comfortable. She was incredibly gentle and patient throughout the entire process. Mandy, the practice manager, truly makes the experience exceptional. She’s the heart of the office, and it’s clear that everyone who meets her loves her- she goes above and beyond in every way. Dr. Kim is also fantastic. He explains everything clearly and in a way that makes you feel informed and at ease, which I really appreciate. On top of the outstanding care, the office itself is beautiful, located in a high-rise in Dallas, with a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

I was needing a new dental home and let me say it was worth the wait to come here! Mandy the practice manager is just awesome and super funny! She feels like catching up with one of your best friends every time you see her. Dr.Kim is so professional and has a wonderful way in which he consults with his patients. Everything is modern and thorough, which feels like you’re getting the best dental treatment possible. So many options in DFW dental, this is the only one I’d say is 5 star.

University Park Dental is an outstanding practice. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is incredibly warm, welcoming, and makes you feel genuinely comfortable. The level of care and attention to detail is excellent, and the staff takes the time to explain everything clearly. They also use modern, up-to-date technology, which makes the experience efficient and reassuring. The service is consistently professional, friendly, and high quality. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kim and receptionist Mandy were absolutely amazing! Dr. Kim was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Mandy was so warm and welcoming. She made the whole experience even better. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
