I’ve been a patient at Dental House for the last 12 years, and I can honestly say they have consistently exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel comfortable and at ease right away, which isn’t always easy to do at a dental office. Over the years, they’ve always taken the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions with patience and care. The quality of work is outstanding — thorough, precise, and done with real attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, friendliness, and excellent results, Dental House is the place to go. I wouldn’t trust my dental care to anyone else. I had an emergency come up for my daughter. They were able to get her in the same day and fix the issue! Their expertise and customer service stands out from all the others! My daughter is still talking about how much she loves going to Dental House! Thank you to everyone from Christy at the front office to Jenn assisting and Dr. Whitfield for taking such good care of my daughter and making her experience calm and inviting!

My family of four were patients of the dental House for about a year and it was easily the lowest standard of dental care any of us have ever had. We have lived in the third world. We had significantly better dental care in the third world. I suffered 2 awful cleanings that were borderline malpractice they were so bad and cleaned so little. My daughter suffered actual malpractice when she was told she had a cavity that she did not have. My son suffered malpractice because nobody bothered to X-ray his teeth which if they had would have shown enamel degradation that needed attention. Like any good grifter, these people sensed they weren't fooling us and asked us to leave the practice in August 2025. It was the best thing they did for our dental care because we moved to Dr. Drinkwater in the Park Cities and now enjoy the best dental care we've ever had.

Had a cracked tooth a couple of days ago and Dr. Whitfield and his staff worked me into their schedule quickly. They took a 3D scan of my mouth and created a replica of my old tooth but with improvements! Dr. Whitfield installed my crown and my cracked tooth was better than before, all done in less than 2 hours! Highly recommend this dental office!

I've been going to Dental House for over 10 years, and I could not help to brag about their exceptional service. They reasonably provide analysis and detail into the best treatment fit for you with an ease of balance. I'm very grateful.

I have been coming here for a little over a year. During my first visit I asked Dr. Whitfield to come up with a plan to help me have healthy, aesthetically pleasing teeth. He presented a plan that we have almost completed and I love my smile!! Today, I went in thinking I was going to pay (cost estimate) but at the end it was considerably less because he didn't have to do something. The hygienists and dental assistants are amazing, organized, and informative. This is a great practice! No hidden fees and no price gouging which seems to be common practice in Dallas.
