Very friendly office. Great "bed side manner" which is very important to me. The entire staff is very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Dr. Mega is tops in my opinion. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, you need to come to this office. They will make you feel very much at ease.

Unfortunately I was never able to get in to see the doctor. When I originally scheduled my appointment I had to wait over 2 months to be seen as a new patient. As my appointment came closer I realized I needed to change the time as I couldn't go at 9:15 any longer. I was then told I had to wait over 2 months again to get in. As a new patient that doesn't seem very fair or flexible especially as for the most part I am available all day everyday for the next 3 weeks as well as over the past 2 months. Very disappointed and frustrated that I have wasted so much time.

Customer service was great. Everyone was so pleasant. I really feel like they are concerned about my teeth as much as I am.

Kind and understanding staff. I have sensory sensitivities and they never make me feel bad about it. They always give me extra time to walk me through all the steps that they are doing during my appointment. Both dentists there are great and this is the dental office I’ve felt most comfortable and seen/heard in.
