Dr. Buitrago has been my dentist since I moved here six years ago. I have been blessed with his caring, patience, understanding of my fears, accomodating me with my medical issues, his honesty, and the list continues. Dr. B explains every procedure with me throughly and answers all my questions. On two unexpected visits Dr. B attended me the same day. His prompt attention is greatly appreciated. His honesty and caring approach is exceptional. His treatments are phenomenal from beginning to end. I highly recommend Dr. B, a caring, honest dentist. Johanna and Paola who assisted him in my last visit were great, caring, and sensitive in treating me as well. Office is immaculate.

Excellent service! After my dentist appointment, my teeth stopped hurting and my dental health has improved. What I liked most was that they are bilingual, so I didn't have to worry about anything.

I have been a physician for 20 years and have had issues with my teeth even longer. I have been to several dentists in the past. I will recommend Dr Buitrago above any of them by a landslide. He is extremely gentle. I felt no pain during the initial numbing.....but more importantly felt no pain during the entire procedure. The anticipation of pain is what I find to be the most important in having a bad experience. Because of Dr Buitrago I have a new opinion of dentistry. I am even considering going in for elective and aesthetic procedures...something I would have never, ever, ever done in the past. Thank you!!! P.S. His office is immaculate, well decorated, and state of the art.

Website advertises Emergencies and I called, spoke with Diana who thought that they were booked thru out the next day but maybe 26 Dec. "I’ll call you back in a few minutes". Never happened. We called her an hour later and she casually said sometime next year. This was an emergency. That’s the way they handle emergencies and probably their patients. Dr needs to clean house.

Had a cleaning scheduled, got the texts confirmation about my appt. I rush over there with my 8 month old baby to get there on time and had my mother meeting me there to watch her while I got my teeth cleaned. I walk in they ask me what I’m there for and I said my cleaning appt they proceed to tell me all appts have been canceled and that they called everyone. I check my phone I don’t have one missed call or message. They were barely apologetic, they said their computers and phones were down so they don’t know if the calls went through. Oh ok great excuse. As if they dont have cell phones to make calls from. It’s ok to waste patients time, however if we’re late or don’t show it’s a fee right? Never going back. Terrible customer service.
