CONSISTENTLY EARNS 5-STAR RATING I was not necessarily surprised at the ultimate level of teamwork and professionalism shown during my most recent appointment. However, what I saw, again, is definitely worth highlighting again! "JC" was so very helpful in coordinating with Dr. Patel to get me an "quick appointment" because of my broken front tooth. The necessary work was performed with precision; Dr. Patel, in understanding my needs, went the "extra mile" by getting my partial modified in the SAME DAY, and within just a few hours. This total teamwork is a showcase of efficiency, understanding, courtesy, professionalism and willingness to provide exceptional services that, in my book, far exceed the "norm." Although I appreciate Dr. Patel and his staff, it is just plainly imperative to recognize the "superlatives" in how a business can be and is being conducted. W. Griffin Sr.

I saw Dr. Patel last week for the first time, after not having been to a dentist for 4+ years, and I'm super happy with him and the office. Everyone was super nice and gentle, which I greatly appreciated. They were thorough, made reasonable recommendations and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy to have found a new dentist's office to continue regular care and definitely will not be waiting so long for my next appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nancy Morrow since I moved to Walnut Creek two plus years ago. She is an compassionate, excellent dentist, who employs modern dental technologies. I have had both routine care and dental emergencies and in all cases she and her staff have been responsive, respectful and efficient. Dr. Patel is excellent, and the staff is all super nice and top-notch. If you're a nervous person like me, this is the place you want to go for your dental work. They do fantastic work and will take great care of you.
