Avoid this office at all costs!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a horrific experience with this dentist office. I visited them on a Sunday, in severe pain, after being referred by my insurance for emergency care. I was so thankful that they opened the office for me to help, i said that this will be my forever dentist office. Despite their promise of emergency appointments, the staff took advantage of my vulnerable state. The office staff told me my insurance didn't cover certain procedures, and she did mention "your insurance doesn't pay well" which i didn't get it at that moment, demanding payment upfront. However, upon reviewing my Explanation of Benefits (EOB), I discovered they had billed my insurance for the very procedures they claimed weren't covered. To make matters worse, they used a billing code for services not performed, it was mentioned only in my invoice and not mentioned in the insurance claim. attempting to charge me twice. And what hurts me more that they knew that the procedures were covered by my insurance but they let me in severe pain for one more night because they asked me to pay more because it was out of office's hours which was not true, my insurance covered that. And even when I returned the next day Monday they still charged me the same amount, which explains that they lied on me. When I disputed the charges, my insurance investigated and found discrepancies. Although they couldn't fully resolve the issue, I was reimbursed for one of the incorrect payments. This experience has left me feeling betrayed and disappointed. A medical professional's duty is to care for patients, not exploit them for financial gain. I urge others to be cautious and: - Verify billing codes and procedures - Check with your insurance before paying - Don't trust claims that insurance doesn't cover certain services without verifying This office prioritizes profits over patient care. And i totally agree with previous reviews, this office is deleting the bad reviews. So be careful and Save yourself the trouble and seek dental care elsewhere.
