Clayton Valley Dental: Lyla Turkzadeh, DMD

I was having awful tooth ache, and I was driving around concord looking for an emergency dentist on a this past Saturday and I called dr. Turk and she had me come right in, was so informative, was straight forward, helpful, caring and gentle. she referred me to a specialist in Root Canals which was ended up being one of the best tooth dentist experiences I have had. I will be switching to Dr. Turk as my primary Dentist moving forward. Thank you Dr Turk

Amazing! From the moment I spoke with Dr. T ( I don't want to misspell her name) I had a good feeling about being seen. Everything went so fast and seemless I still can't believe it! Everyone in the office is super friendly and most importantly genuine. My experience here left me feeling and looking a lot better, and I would recommend this place to anyone searching for an excellent and knowledgeable dentist.

I called in to set up an appointment and right off the bat I get someone one barley speaks English on the phone after being out on hold three different times I was told that I can schedule and appoint with payment. I told them I had dental insurance and they said I do not and was told I need to pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone even I didn’t like you. Btw I do have insurance through my union and I’m getting my teeth done now by a real professional that takes my insurance

I would never recommend this place. I went in for an emergency to get a tooth pulled. The people were friendly, however, the exam they charged me for wasn't an exam. They only took an exray of the tooth that I said I needed pulled. The dentist kept telling me how lucky I was to go to them because if I go to an oral surgeon, it will be more expensive. She pulled the wrong tooth. I didn't realize it until I went to change out my gauze and the numbing agent wore off. I dont have insurance so 700 dollars later, I'm missing an extra tooth, was still in pain for the remainder of the weekend and must take off of work to look for another emergency dentist.

I was there for emergency appointment. The front desk person is very nice and explained you the paperwork very well and also make you feel welcome. Doctor lyla is great doctor she help me and explained everything very clear about my situation and the following steps I have to do. Definitely recommend this place they are very honest clear and very professional.

Dr. Turk has done a wonderful job on my teeth. My teeth have become so much whiter from zoom and they have never looked or felt better. I would highly recommend!

Really nice staff, very helpful and did a great job on my deep clean!
