When I called Murray Hill Dental, I was greeted by the receptionist and she was very attentive. I explained my dilemma was immediately assured they take my dental insurance and was given an appointment the following day. Met with a lovely dentist who thoroughly explained what had occurred and what the procedure would be. BTW, I had called three other dental offices and two never returned my call and the other only dealt with me via text. So it is a pleasure to speak to a real human being who listened and showed compassion. I look forward to being one of their patients.

I had a different dental hygienist today.Her name was Christy. She was friendly and good at her job. I enjoyed having her clean my teeth. If my hygienist is not scheduled for my appointment. I would like to have Christy that day. The whole office is the BEST.

This was hands down the best experience I have had a Dentist, the staff was so busy but yet maintained a very professional attitude. Brandy was amazing, she walked me through every step of what was going on and the actual dentist, can’t say enough about her, she was very helpful and gave me same day care which no one else would do and I had been sitting in pain for almost three weeks. Staff were very nice and kind. Thoughtful of you as a patient and needs. Upfront about what they do and how it is done. I am a new patient and being able to do most paperwork online made the process much easier and faster. Were not judgemental of the condition of my teeth. I am not a fan of going to doctors or dentist. Or needles and such in general.

Haley did a great job cleaning and checking my teeth for any issues. She is professional and very sweet. Dr. Yossef is progessional and very nice. She did a thorough exam of my teeth and mouth. Everyone at the office does a great job. I have going there since arriving in Ohio a few years ago and have been very happy with this dental practice.

Best experience I have had in a dental office! They are very thorough and friendly here, which I love. I am typically nervous when I have a dental visit, and I felt relaxed my whole visit! My hygienist was absolutely amazing and the best I have had! I wish I remembered her name (I’m terrible with names). Overall, I highly recommend this place 🙂
